Sorry, 2 hours in-game time. So you have enough time to check out the basics of the game before deciding to refund or not.

The time limit for refunds on Steam is supposed to be 14 days from when you purchase the game, and you're not supposed to have played the game for more than two hours. They might make exceptions, though.

^^Ah bums, no matter I don't tend to "impulse buy". I bought 7 games off my wish list and a further 4, only after checking YouTube etc.

I know Mad Max got mixed reviews, but...

hot damn, for a tenner or so I am LOVING being in that world, facing off against Warboys and driving my ass off in the post-Apocalyptic Outback. Shit, if I get bored after five hours I will still have got my money's worth just actually playing the game I've PRETENDED I was playing in so many other post-Apocalypse games.

My final purchases over the weekend were The Golf Club Ultimate Edition (or whatever it's called) and Grim Dawn.

Grabbed a load of cheaper games on the last day, all under £3 each.

Downwell, Punch Club, Leo's Fortune, Death Skid Marks, BloodGate, Cubixx HD, Aperture Tag: The Paint Gun Testing Initiative, Kopanito All-Stars Soccer, Riff Racer, Lakeview Cabin Collection, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Geometry Dash, Aarklash: Legacy, Craft The World, Nimbus, Blackwell Epiphany, Disciples II: Rise of the Elves & Thrillville: Off the Rails.

Spent a few hours playing Kopanito today. Not exactly realistic football action, but it doesn't try to be. Been having fun with it.

"Coming soon", hopefully it's not that too long a wait. It really has the potential to be a MP hit for me. It's cheap, based on football which nearly everyone knows the premise of, loads of fun, and you could drop in for a match or two when having a spare 10-20 minutes. Not saying it would ever be as big, but it has a lot of common with Rocket League on that basis.

On a minor note, it would also make that achievement when you've got to play with 3 friends a lot easier! I tried but didn't have peripherals to do it at home. Plugged in my 2 controllers and 2 keyboards, but it didn't recognise the keyboards separately. Shame 2 players couldn't share a keyboard like they can in some games.

Really wanted TW3 and got it, didn't want FO4 but decided to get it anyway on a whim.

Well... just goes to show you can't predict. Really wanted to like TW3 but just can't get into it. Too complex, quirky and dense. Menu's look like the they cobbled together on a laptop in someone's spare time and the game almost looks like an animated board game kept expecting to throw a dice and talk to the dungeon master. Very quirky. Feels a tad amateurish at times.

FO4 on the other hand much easier to get into and much more forgiving and feels much more polished and professional. My favourite at present. I may go back to TW3 sometime and give it another try but for now I'm done with it. I was really disappointed by TW3's quest driven system it feels like a hardcore RPG and I never could bear RPG's.

Bethesda on the other hand simply excels at open world sandboxes you can wander around forever, TW3 keeps wanting to push you into narrative driven quests while I'm bored wanting to wander off and explore the landscape instead. I was expecting another Skryim, I was really disappointed.

Also bought Black Mesa, a tad disappointing to be honest a remake of a classic is one thing but even the remade version is looking very dated now and they still havn't even finished it. Feels like they're stuck in a timewarp and the world has passed them by. Probably worth it for the fiver I paid but I wouldn't want to pay anymore. Also picked up Ryse for a couple of quid mainly because the graphics are so good, or so I'm told.

Skyrim Remastered is being released in October, but from what I've heard there won't be any new DLC for it. I'm hoping it's not just a visual overhaul for it, though. There were a few quest lines that felt either rushed, weren't explained fully/properly or had a really flat ending (pretty much any of the guild ones) so I'm hoping they either rework the quests and make them slightly different and/or add a few new ones.

In someways it doesn't really make any odds to me because I own Skyrim with all the DLC so I get it for free (only applies to PC, not consoles), but it makes you wonder whether Bethesda are trying to be greedy. If I had Skyrim on the PS3 and all I was getting was some tartery, there's no way I'd buy it on PS4, even if I do get access to mods (although I'm guessing the console mods will be kept family friendly and there won't be any LoversLab stuff on there).

Are you kidding me? Of course they're doing it for the money!

Any recommendations?

I picked up Shoot Many Robots, Duck Tales & Wonder Boy Returns last night.

Im thinking of getting South Park Moment of Truth and maybe the odd Sonic game but unsure.
