Have to agree with the OP, and the final should take place again.

[quote=calamity;78352604]so Im a womble for caring about dogs being mistreated, you live in a fantasy
you really need to go read up on heel work to music and see the benefits these activities have for both dogs and owners. Healthy happy well trained well adjusted dogs enjoying what they are doing and having a close bond with therir owner is more preferable to me than seeing a dog chained in a garden all day with no mental stimulation no physical contact, never taken for a walk or a dog that is used purely to chase down rabbits etc beaten when it doesn't perform then shut away till next time or a poor dog being used purely as a status symbol for some **** who wants to look hard. Because working within rescue I have seen real cruelty cases that would make your hair curl. I have also seen rescued dogs collies especially those who have come from homes where they have been mistreated or neglected because owners get them without realising how much time and attention they need many have gone on to live wonderful lives with loving owners who understand that they need to be stimulated and trained to keep them happy and healthy. Heel work to music or doggy dancing is great for both owner and dog and it is all done with positive reward based training. I don't know why this idea persists that to have a dog do these things it must have been beaten. You will never get a dog to the standard of Matisse and chase by using harsh unacceptable methods. This is a classic case of fraud. The public was fooled by deceit and she should not get that money. The final act was performed under fraudulent activity.

It's laughable how people just want to scream out "burn the witch" without looking any further. I guess very little changes when a mob is involved. |

Again, this presumes (with plenty of past evidence with other acts that the show has interfered with) that it was HER decision.

The public thought it was Mattise performing, it wasn't. The public thought it was voting for Mattise, they weren't. Fraud, plain and simple.
Winning by deceit. If that's fraud, then me walking downstairs is running. |

She walked away with 250k under false pretence because the dog everyone thought was performing, actually wasn't. The magician should take her to court.
I hope you realise how ridiculous you sound. |

It's actually not funny at all, you might have wanted her to win but it wasn't done fairly. That's the bottom line of it. When you have such a huge amount of money, it isn't funny, it's serious.

Using a fake dog and not telling the public, she was a cheat and needs to be stripped of the title and everyone who voted have the money refunded.

That isn't true though is it because the public wasn't voting for the actual dog which put in the final performance. She basically won 250k without the main dog doing anything. That is laughable, easy money.

How do you know? He might be a multi-millionaire for all we know. Just because he was filmed in a house for his backstory, doesn't mean it was all real
If I was him I would be on the phone to a top lawyer as I'm typing this. Robbed of 250k under false pretence. Not funny. |
