I think that she'll be pregnant with Declan's baby - which is why it shocks Megan and Jai - but she'll try to pass it off as Cain's or Moria will think it's Cain's so it'll effect them too. Don't know though?

Exactly. Even if you like Charity, or not. Emma Atkins is a brilliant actress . Emmerdale needs these kind of quality actresses on the show. Digital Spy is the minority though. It does not speak for everyone in the whole country.

You know, the only thing I can think of that Charity might tell Debbie that would upset everyone that much is that she's dying.
But if she does, it could turn out to be a ruse. Or not.
Charity is heartless enough to claim that she's dying and it not be true though. But does that actually do anything for people in prison in terms of reducing their sentence? Or is she gonna fake her death to get out of there?

I think you can get compassionate release, can't you? I remember they let this bent businessman Ernest Saunders out of prison years ago because he lied his ass off and pretended to have Alzheimers. Turned out to be poppycock.
Anyway, if they think she's really only got weeks/months to go, they might release her to die with her family. Somehow I don't think she'd get away with holding her breath and being taken out in a box.

Surely they would examine her and find nothing wrong - faking a deathly illness is not exactly easy to do nowadays.

Why would she go through all the effort of faking a deadly illness anyway though? It's not like she got given a life sentence. All she has to do is keep her nose clean and she'll be out in the New Year.

True. I was just going by what the previous posters were talking about. A deadly illness what be a bit too silly imo.
Here's hoping for something that isn't too far-fetched, but then it is Charity.
