How did they, it was not mentioned, so what the proof! Until this story broke everyone I spoke to beloved it was just the one dog.
Because Chase was IN their SEMI FINAL PERFORMANCE!

No it's not. People knew that Chase was part of her act.
But in the final show, Chase didn't come on as an extra, he came on as a substitute for a major stunt and it wasn't acknowledged - even when Ant and Dec asked about Matisses tight rope training. That's called subterfuge.

The fact is that Jules is a complete fraud, and there is no other way to dress it up.

It didn't need to be acknowledged. Stunt doubles aren't acknowledged in films.

That's their fault for not being loyal to the show.

But not in the first round, if she used both dogs in all the rounds then yes, but why would we believe 2 dogs were used when she only used the one in the first round.

The fact remains that Jules act was supposed to be with one dog, and she used three. That is cheating whatever anyone says.
And yet the magician used assistants in the semi finals, and jules used other dogs, and dancers used backing dancers etc

Totally irrelevant comparison.

Agree, I really believe she knew she lose votes if she mentioned a stand-in before voting!

I really am stunned that people have so much spare time that they complain about this , is this how trivial life has become that a sodding talent show is number 1 priority and calls for fines, axings and sackings ??? sorry but its pathetic.,

As for The Mirror and the option to vote to give the money to the choir as Jamie was not performing real magic, due to a hole in the lemon well it shows the level our journalist's have sunk too.

Who would ever have thought that not everything you see on TV is as it appears. How will people cope when they find out that babies in soaps are played by about 4 different kids.

Because Chase was in their semi final performance and helped them win.

No. You can't not watch the semi finals, then watch the final and complain when a act features more dogs than in the title.

But the magician himself wasn't replaced by a look a like.
The point is not the participation of a 3rd dog, the point is a major stunt in the Matisse and Jules double act being undertaken by a substitute.

If you go along that way, miming, using backing vocals, magicians, or even the producers who choses and presents established acts as newbies - all are doing some degree of fraud. I'm sure everyone knows BGT is a reality show and there has to be compromises.

But that no reason to believe he was back in the final, as it was not the act title or any hint, most people have said thought it was back to round one, with only the one dog, and in the semi she was happy to talk about both dogs, so why not after the final, she was clever enough to keep quiet until the next day when she had the prize money in her hands.

Speaking to lots of people before she broke the news the next day, all believed it was only the one clever dog in the final.

You mean like the stunts in films where we are led to believe it is the actor.

Of course you can. I couldn't care less about an inconsequential show's winner. I'm happy for her to keep the money but from what I've read she mentioned the second dog in the semi, but didn't in the final. That's misleading at best.

It is. It showed Chase was part of their act.

You can't because you have no ground to stand on to make such a silly complaint.

Wow I have to see the first round again, as I missed seeing Chase in that!

A silly comment to make. Chase wasn't needed for the narrative of her audition.
