This company must be the worlds worst, I sent my daughters iPad off to them to have a cracked screen repaired and paid £54.95 including £15.00 delivery with that. After a few days I received an email saying that the iPad would need fuehrer work as allegedly the docking port was slightly damaged and this would effect iTunes updates etc, etc.

They sent me an email highlighting that this would cost and an additional £44.95 so I took their word for it ( with hindsight not my best decision ) and said yes. They then sent me an invoice which I paid by PayPal but what I didn't notice was the amount was for £89.98 and not the £44.95 but by the time I'd realised the error it was too late.

This is where my agonising dealings with these charlatans begins, despite over twenty emails asking them to refund ,e the difference due to being overcharged they've completely ignored all communication bar one email when a gemtleman from the tech side said he would pass my details onto the CS department . I've tried ringing them on both the local and 0800 number provided on their website but this is just automated and leaves you with no way of leaving a message even.

I've now took it to the resolution centre with PayPal but this could drag out for months and they've still got my daughters iPad which she is desperate for for her school exams. Has anyone else from here had any dealings with this alleged business and. If so was it a positive outcome.

Similar Experience and seemingly documented similarly elsewhere.
The same approach, extra repairs sought fortunately I refused but have been lead a frustrating dance since. No repair-No iPad- No replies!
Why cannot we do something collectively to ensure this fraudulent organisation is penalised?

Looking at the Trustpilot site and it seems if you give a low rating they take your review down so can only mean one thing in my view.

Love this review...http://craigkillick.co.uk/2015/10/wh...ke-a-bell-end/

To be fair it's probably going to be quite a while before they can resuscitate Adolf Hitler and get him to fix your ipad!
