Will this ever work? Vincent did seem to have some respect for the name Den Watts 
EE Vincent/Sharon/Kim at the Albert
Shame they don't still have the R&R set. When Ronnie suggested giving it to Sharon it got me thinking how good Vincent could be there instead.

I'm struggling to see why Vincent would agree to the deal? Sharon has no proof that she didn't sign the contract, her fingerprints are on it now, and Phil isn't going to admit to fraud.
I cringed at Sharon begging Vincent for it back, anyone would think she'd slaved away for years to get it when it was bought for her by Phil.

She has been conned out of her business so she has every right to make a deal with Vincent. She loves the Albert and it was her who changed it from a salon to a bar. She decorated the place and was landlady for over a year. Vincent agreed because Sharon has her own contacts and her suppliers are cheap. He was really fascinated when she mentioned Den Watts.

I think Phil deserves to lose a business after what he did to Max. He could've taken just the Arches back, proving himself the better man, but instead chose to go one step further and show he is no better.
Not even sure why the Mitchells are bowing down to Vincent as he has no proof re: Carl. Vincent has made a mug of all of them, hope he doesn't mug himself off by giving half of it back when there's no proof Sharon's signature was forged.
