Ah no. Missed that. I tune out when Joel's in a bath with anyone. I think Nick is being who he wants to be. And never sure what he says is true. But I can imagine lot of his school pals are at Uni and he's not. So perhaps no mates around to hang out with.

He was away at Cheltenham working as a stable boy for a couple of years, so probably left his friends behind when he left. He seems to be at a loose end ATM and admits he needs to get his life back on track.

The question is, would any of the girls make a play for nick outside of BB house? I don't think so. He comes across as the boarding school kid that got bullied. I find him a classic British eccentric and I have to admit, I don't know whether I find the Joel and Nick bathtime thing endearing or weird..

Probably weird. He totally hates confrontation and u see how he almost goes into a fetus ball when there is aggro. Strange guy, but interesting.

He is the stereotypical coward. After Marc hinted at him being two faced he spent the rest of the day looking extremely uncomfortable and depressed. It takes very little to rattle his cage. Absolutely no balls.

He curls up , wipes his hand down his face and laughs when there's arguments. Then later we see him having a one on one with one of the HMs giving his opinion on their row and says something astute.

I think he did sweet f.a. at school flunked the lot and is a lazy difficult b*gger myself. Last brainwave was going on this show.

Did I not read somewhere he is James Hendersons son (CEO of William Hill) that would tie in with the working in cheltenham, his father is big into horses.

I love him, he is intelligent, astute and can read them all like a book. He's playing a stormer. Nick to win.

Edit, if we could just get Marc to slap his hand away every time he touches his nose and break him of that appalling nervous habit, he'd be perfect.

What's he got to be miserable about...he's probably living off hard working daddy. I'm sure Nicks taste in women will go down well and make them so proud. He was my fave but loafing with Jade and now Harry and wiping his snot over the sofas and eating with his mouth open ....put me right off him.

Sad to say I agree with this. Bored senseless of seeing him constantly draped over some girl, any girl, and the nose thing is just beyond anything.

His behaviour since Harry came in has been sleazy, cringey and pathetic
Like a young boy who has just discovered tits exist for the first time

He will watch this back and crawl under a rock until the next series starts next year.

Exactly, antisocial is the wrong word to use. I agree

A lot of people confuse asocial with antisocial. An asocial is awkward around others and an antisocial person is destructive towards others.

Or Mr Burns from the Simpsons? I also find him more than a little creepy, though I liked him at first.

Is that any more than a rumour though?

Ive just watched a clip from the Pledge Week task where Nick and Harry are sat in separate chairs but reaching across holding hands, like a pair of inseparable young lovers. It's nauseating. Just 2 weeks ago he was doing the same 'pretend boyfriend' thing with Jade, who to her credit has taken it really well.

But what kind of rancid little turncoat is all over a woman in one week like a lovestruck puppy then another woman the next, and right in front of the other's face?!! Lee Ryan got slated for this kind of insensitivity but because Nick does it under the guise of 'platonic', and because he's 'inexperienced', it's not being discussed on the forum...I.e.that he's latched on to 2 different women in as many weeks.

I almost hope that the house gets outside info about Harry being unpopular just to watch him drop HER like a bucket of cold sick too.

I think he is quite creepy and the constant nose picking and running his hand through his hair is becoming quite irritating.

I don't know if you watch the show, but it was Jade who suggested the pair of them (him and Harry) could get together and that Nick should go for it.

I couldn't care less about these "relationships" but posting "Jade, to her credit, has taken it really well" (taken what, exactly?) and referring to him as a "rancid little turncoat" just doesn't match up with what we know, regardless of who your favourite housemates are or aren't. You've invented scenarios and judged people on your fabrications.

Nick and Jade are still very much on great terms. No harm no foul.

Jade is far too good for him anyway. I think she sussed quite early on that he doesn't have a beautiful soul.

Great post as always.

My take on Nick is that he is desperately seeking a showmance with anyone willing to oblige. Jade looked to be too much like hard work so he's moved onto someone who he believes will be more likely to serve it on a plate.

Jade and Nick were never in a relationship. He said he had a crush on her basically and she always maintained that she did not see their relationship that way and they were only touchy feely because Jade craves touch. She tried to get that from Cristian but he pushed her away.
Nick never allowed himself to get too into her because he knew it wouldn't be returned then the relationship was getting confusing and so they both agreed to distance themselves. I think that the Nick/Jade relationship was mostly driven by Jade dragging him into her clutches and away from others. When he began to feel this he pulled back from her.
When Harry came in he fancied her so went for it, that is all, I doubt that it is a serious relationship for either of them just a bit of fun in the house, what the heck is wrong with that? They are both very young.

I wouldn't even credit him with having the wherewithal to engage in a pre empetive showmance.

He's a tiny opportunist, who puts his flag up every morning and see's how the wind blows

I only say it because he boasted in his VT of being a BB addict/expert if I recall correctly. Normally that type of housemate ends up being incredibly calculating.
