Cheers, that's made things so much easier. Limited loot systems are such a pain especially as I tend to pick up anything and everything.

Yeh I've found diamond city but didn't stay there long. I just backtracked and did the quest where I had to find a locket for the Abernathy's. Go into a building and take out 10 or so raiders, no problems at all. Yet when I'm faced with anything non-human when exploring I might aswel just reload and save myself some time.
Half my time is spent managing my inventory. Can't say I love it all the time especially when I'm holding very few high value weapons and armour I can sell for caps because I'm full of junk. When you get companions its useful just to give them a load of stuff.

The Glowing Sea is a scary place. I saw the outline of a Deathclaw and went the other way.

These new Deathclaws seem more viscious than the ones in F3. I've only met one so far (at Concord) and even with my power armour on and my mini-gun spinning away in its face I got wiped out 3 times. Sheesh!
I'm going to have to stop arsing about if I'm to make any progress.

Absolutely. To those complaining that the game is to colourful , I suggest they take a trip to the glowing sea.

I was wearing my power armour at the time (you have to because of the radiation there)but thought "Nope!" I jumped out of my skin when I went into a random shack to look for supplies and a rad scorpion popped out the ground.

Brought a house in Diamond city. Every time I park my power armour outside some woman starts welding it. I've taken my fusion core out in case she wants to take it for a joyride.

there is a console command you can use that will give you as much carrying capacity that you want (example 5000), not really recommending it because it is sorta cheating, but I understand the inventory pain of constantly rearraging stuff or going to a shop and selling....just to a websearch and will find out how, fairly straightforward..

I now have 6 power armours on the go. 3 full & 3 unfinished.
T-45, T-45b, T-51b (unfinished), T-60 & 2 sets of unfinished Raider PA.

What is with the teddy bears?
So far I've happened upon 3 odd little scenes.
One with an animal hospital where there's a doctor performing surgery (Mass Pike tunnel), one with two of them having sex (chem Lab) and one with a teddy in handcuffs in a cage (Super Duper Mart)????

Just discovered you can drag body's

is it wrong that I'm stripping the body's and piling them on top of each other ? This is near the entrance to my camp as a warning to raiders.
My character on first play through is an evil dick

Used the drag body thing in past games to store stupid amounts of gear and get it back to base without becoming over-encumbered.

I've noticed a lot of brotherhood members give you the same quests over and over, are these quests infinite or do they end eventually?

Reached the point in the story where I've had to definitively pick factions (ie. choosing one will make an enemy of the other). It was actually quite a tough decision.

I think I am heading down that road. The synths and the brotherhood are fighting each other at the minute but I am still doing missions for both.

I got stuck in a cabin earlier. I had just saved then a raider came along with a fatman and nuked us. I reloaded the save but it was like groundhog day. In the end I had to load a save half an hour previously and lay a pulse mine.

Thanks for the tip. I feel I've come so far I may as well persevere now and try and stop moaning to myself when duct tap pushes me over the edge. I've stopped a strange obsession I had with picking up every camera thinking they'd be useful so my inventory problems are easing a little.

Well after picking my umpteenth lock Piper fell in love with me. I now got the gift of the gab perk.

I thought I was at the level where the game becomes easier but I went to clear out some feral ghouls from a house and got destoryed.

Yeah that's what did me in. There was 2 and hard as nails mutated glowing ghoul at a house I had to clear out. After a ton of effort I killed them only to find two more in the cellar.
The auto save nearly screwed me over because I had to get out the room quickly but they followed killing me instantly. On my 3rd try I managed to use jet to slow time and get out of there. I bet they've all re spawned now because I ran all the way home.

I think I'll use my power armour when I go back there again.

I used RadX and it didn't do anything. Where do I find the radaway?
You can also sleep which will get rid of radiation and restore health if you find a bed. Doctors can cure radiation. Radaway can be crafted and found

After nearly 20 hours and lvl 16, i've only just seen that you use right click to scroll down the perk chart. I'm such a huge dumbass!

The guouls are definitely more violent and faster than fallout 3. I killed 2 deathclaws last night only to go into a water purification plant and get swarmed by ghouls.

I became a bit of a sadist with one of the tougher ghouls yesterday when I managed to take both of its legs off with a land mine and it didn't die so I then did the same with its arms and it still lived.
