I'm the same, I bring back everything and set supply lines so all my settlements can use it. Just got the house in Diamond City. Can I set supply line to that too?

I haven't bothered with Home Plate. I doubt you can as there's nowhere to build. But there is a PA station so, maybe. You'd have to build a Workshop to link a supply line.

Is there a way to cancel supply lines? I set up the first 6 or so settlements I discovered but most are sitting there idle and I'd like to free up some of the provisioners and get them to do something else in Sanctuary. I only use Sanctuary, Starlight drive in and Abernathy farm so I have no need to send resources anywhere else at the moment.

I found out yesterday that I've only actually done 6 quests from the main quest line..about 50 hours in. I currently have to find the glowing sea but it's all the way on the other side of the map and I can't be bothered traveling that far yet. I also finally finished the freedom trail yesterday too after acquiring it on my first or second day of playing.

Preston has now moved to the castle, and is waiting for me to turn up and help with the attack. But that's also further than I'm willing to travel so I have 2 completed quests I can't get exp for yet as I have to report to him. Cait also wants me to take her to some rehab clinic in a vault, so I started the long trek there but the mirelurk kings en-route weren't having any of it.

I'm running out of discovered quests that I can actually complete

As far as I know the only way to cancel a supply line is to catch the provisioner when he is in town and assign him to another job.

You can't link to Home Plate. There is a fair amount of junk inside that you can recycle but amything else you need you will have to bring in from outside. You are fairly limited in what youcan build there anyway.

Came across my first unique monster last night called Swan at level 24. It had a skull next to it's HP so I assumed it was several levels above me.
It chased me round the pond for a while until I realised I was not that weak and my shotgun could take him out. Felt silly for running away then

I spent hours last night on an old save getting the red rocket and undercover achievements. I'd gotten on the railroad's bad books on my save and they would not talk to me. So I had to go back 20 hours and redo a load of quests I had already completed.
Think I'm about 75% of the way on the achievments now.

Sanctuary got attacked on my normal save. I'm not sure what by, but all my machine gun turrets were smashed when I got there. I'm going to have to upgrade them I think

Found out about the dog seller.

Apparently if you buy one you can send it to a settlement as a guard dog, it does not replace Dogmeat. Seller then breeds another one for sale. You can have one per settlement as far as I know. The guard dog can die however in an attack

So next time I see him I'm gonna buy one and put it in a settlement with lots of defence

well finished it did the minute men ending, managed to stay on the good side of 3 of the factions the minute men, brother hood and railroad.

Im totally afdicted to this game and think its brilliant, but i have some sort of glitch in my game that is really annoying.

My main settlement has about 150defence, 50 food and 50 water and around 10 settlers with a couple of vendors. Everything is great while im at the settlement and happiness is on the up, but everytime i leave the happiness gradualy goes down and the map shows there are only 4 settlers there even though there are 10 everytime i fast travel to the location.

Im considering scrapping most of the stuff there and changing the location of my main hub. I quite like the castle so i may work on that for now.

done all 4 endings now not sure i like any of them.

Finally came to one part of the Commonwealth that isn't filthy.

I changed my main residence to the castle. There are already shops set up, and in the armoury there are a stash of laser turrets ready to set up.
I just need a few more people to turn up now so I can make it a large settlement .

Ok, that's it. I'm living in the castle now.

I'm level 25 and my characters perks are focused around melee attacks which made things pretty easy at the first part of the game. Now I'm struggling against enemies because I'm getting gunned down as soon as I'm spotted.

I'm kinda wishing I'd made a more long range build that focuses on rifle attacks now.It's a shame there is no pickups or vendors that offer perk resets.

I've started reinforcing the castle myself. Filling in the gaps in the walls with floor foundations, it looks ok. Tricky to make it fit nicely so that I can have a front door though...

Oh and I meant to ask, does it take ages for a supply chain to take effect? I asked a settler to link Sanctuary to Castle but I'm not seeing any sharing of junk in the workshop?

I get the same glitch for the Sanctuary settlement. Always tells me there are only a few people there and low defences, but when I get there everything is fine. I just don't believe it anymore, and as I return quite frequently, it doesn't bother me.

Wandered into the glowing sea and ground zero last night for the first time. Had to fend off a Behemoth and numerous Deathclaws and Radscorpions, but what a wonderful place like being on another planet.
Definitely going back tonight with more Rad-X

Probably takes as long as a slow walk there would, seeing as they don't go very fast.
I don't know if Provisioners can be killed along the way, mine seem to have survived so far.

Well, max level is about 270ish so you've got plenty in hand to switch up your build.


It's instant. They share everything but you don't see any extra stuff in the actual Workshop.


After 3 weeks of complaining about not getting attacked or seeing any high level enemies I was finally bombarded yesterday.
Randomly spawned Legendary Albino Radscorpion.
Ran into a pack of 3 Deathclaws near Glowing Sea.
A squad of Children of the Atom caught up with me in the Boston outskirts.
Sanctuary attacked by a gang of Super Mutants with a Behemoth in tow.
Starlight attacked by a gang of 12 Raiders.
The Castle attacked by Mirelurks.
Greygarden attacked by Raiders including 2 Legendarys.
Abernathy Farm attacked by Ghouls.
And a BoS Vertibird crashed on me and killed me as I was fixing up my new settlement at Croup Manor (sp?).

Wow, that's a string of bad luck, good job you go overboard with defences! I need to beef mine up looking at what happened to you. What difficulty level is that? I am finding Deathclaws easy now so may up mine to Normal.
