Got an email off Game a few days ago confirming they'll be taking payment for my Pip-Boy edition on Nov 2nd. Getting excited now.

I got the same email. I'm crossing my fingers their computers don't mess up like they did when I ordered it.

Is it the GOTY or just standard?

...11...
I hope it's the GOTY edition but sadly doubt it will be.

Aye that was a proper shambles. Took me close to an hour to get the order put through. God knows how many times I hit the refresh button.

Feel sorry for the people who got stressed at that.
Think it was my 3rd attempt that I got my PipBoy Edition ordered. Would've been 2nd but the Xbox One version was already sold out. Took about 10 minutes total.

Some Aussies have gotten their hands on one for an unboxing.

I had to cancel my PIP BOY Edition, couldn't spend that much on it no matter how much I wanted it. Got it for £34 which I'm happy about.

It wasn't so much stressful as it was laughable that they knew the site would get flooded when they announced the 2nd batch was available. Once I'd put that order in though, there was no way I was walking away without a confirmation, haha.

Cheers for the YT link too, was nice to see what I can expect.

You could've sold it on. People are buying them for £250+ on ebay.

I'm not that greedy. Hopefully By cancelling it goes to someone who wants it and not looking to sell it on for more.

My modded Fallout 3 game doesn't look much more different than that.

I don't get all the moaning about the graphics tbh, they look aright to me.

They look good to me too, and you have to keep in mind of the size of the game. But again, I think the graphics looks pretty good.

I really wasn't a fan of Fallout New Vegas (the only Fallout I've played), I found out really tedious and dull, the environments were really bland and the story just wasn't there for me, there wasn't really a single thing I liked about it and yet I still feel somewhat hyped for this because of how my friends have been going on about it. Damn my low self control when it comes to games

Similar to me. Only Fallout game I've played is FO3, although I think it's a good game, I didn't get very far into. So not sure why I'm getting FO4, I guess because it looks good.

Not played any of them...but people seem to like it, so thought I would give it ago, even better if I like it, then I will get FO3 to try out.

Textures look sub par for a 2015 game.

Looks fantastic to me and with the size of this game it makes it even more impressive.

Fallout 4's world just looks so vibrant and enticing in all the footage I've seen, and vats makes everything awesome Can't wait to play it.

I honestly don't care about stuff like that. As long as I enjoy the gameplay it could look like Fallout 3 and I would be happy.

I would be too, but it certainly does look better than Fallout 3. I get a bit disillusioned with all the talk of frame rates, textures, field of view etc... I just see it and am like 'that looks awesome' Art and level design is the first thing I notice anyway.

Not blown away by those screenshots, but they're not terrible either. It looks too colourful for Fallout. Disappointing to see they're obviously still using their engine which was derived from Gamebryo.

Bethesda could take some lessons from CD:Projekt Red.

Oh for Heaven's sake. I've only recently stopped playing Fallout 3 after 6 years. The creaky engine and plain graphics never bother me at all because guess what - it's the most engrossing, addictive game I've ever played.

What has being an engrossing game got to do with whether the textures look crap or not?
