Oh I hope so, all this shouting about MY SON and screwing his face up and being disagreeable to everyone has been going on and on for long enough - enough already. The Sharmas are way past their sell by date in Emmerdale as far as I am concerned.
Why are so many people on these boards so concerned about redemption? It's like a fundamentalist Christian forum at the moment. 
I like Jai - or at least I did when he, Charity and Noah were a settled family unit. Rachel and Megan, on the other hand, I can't abide, so if Jai's exit means that either - or preferably both - of them goes too, then that's a sacrifice I'm prepared to make for the greater good.

I honestly thought he was going to be a villain when he began, thorn in Cain side but he's literally nothing.
I could have killed Jai when he was so unsympathetic to Leyla. Imagine Leyla having the temerity to be annoyed about a noisy toddler in the office when she was trying to do her share of the work and Megan's
For goodness sake, her whole family, including her son, have emigrated. She's upset by this and gets slightly stressed by the noise that Archie is making, while she's on an important phone call. Nothing more, nothing less, but Jai comes out with all that completely unsupportive crap. Did it even occur to him for a second that she could allowed a few days of not being at the top of her game? What a massive git (and that's cockney rhyming slang by the way)

Nikhil was brilliant. He is a miss.
However, I like the Dad and Priya has improved as a character since she got with Rakesh. She is more likeable these days. The worse Sharmas for me are Georgia and Jai. I think they are awful characters.
I hope someone kills him off, his character is so unlikeable and completely irredeemable, I would love Rachel or Megan to kill him off, or even Sam! He needs to go, actually feel like not watching episodes he is the centre of.

I think Jai has a hidden agenda concerning Leyla. It does not bode good for her or Megan.

Yes, I could see that being the case. Poor, silly Leyla. Both her and Megan deserve way better. I reckon Jai's days are numbered though. He's alienating his Dad, persecuting Rachel, Charity will have an axe to grind when she returns, and potentially Megan and Leyla out for his blood too.

I've been wondering for a while if either Jai or Rachel are going to be bumped off. Hopefully both of them. May as well take Sam along with them, it'd do wonders for the enjoyability of the show.

I think they will be the two to go, not because I dislike Rachel, but as Gemma is leaving anyway it would make sense to have Rachel do a Donna and take him with her. They won't get rid of Sam.
This is how Emmerdale deals with their characters, Build them up to be nasty and then kill them off. So by the end of the summer I expect there to be one less Sharma in the village.

He's behaving in a way that only a few chosen characters can in soap and not have to pay for it in some way.
