Adam Woodyatt has obviously passed pointers to Mimi Keene because she was great tonight as was Harry Reid, the youngsters won it by a hair's breadth in a very impressive episode tonight!

Agreed. TBH there was no bad acting in tonight's episode. Everyone put out brilliant performances.

She's a great actress. But I did hope she would turn the waterworks down just a bit. I counted three scenes of tears at the Beale's house and and one at Carol's.

I think she is great but her crying tonight was to forced it wasn't right.

Never seen such a poor display from the actress playing Cindy, resembled a rabid dog in some scenes.

Are you serious? The girl who plays Cindy is seriously bad. I know she's young, but the histrionics are truly diabolical.

Torn about Mimi...part really good and totally fitting, but its almost too good, she is so annoying and hysterical and perfectly teenage that its painful to watch and I just want her to leave the show lol

A while ago I was thinking Mimi was the best young prospect the show had unearthed in a while. I don't know what's happened with her but I now think she's bloody awful. That was as hanmy crap soap crying as I've seen this side of Hollyoaks. As horrendous as Val in ED

I like Mimi Keene. She put in a great performance in tonight's Eastenders. There was nothing wrong with her crying scenes. I've seen much worse emotion from other actors including those much older than her.

She can do drama but tears are beyond her. Adam is the only one in that family able to cry convincingly

Shouting and pulling faces does not always equal good dramatic acting.It can do but not when the actor is as subtle as a brick like Mimi has become.

Decent actress, but she can't do crying scenes and Cindy's teenage tantrums are off putting. Overrated actress in my opinion. Not a fan of the character. She does not want Beth for herself, yet won't let Ian and Jane have her. What a selfish, little madam she is. Thinking about herself and not her kid. Hopefully Jane and Ian stitch Cindy up for killing Lucy and teach her a lesson.

I've always rated her in the past but just felt completely nonplussed with her tonight. Maybe it's because I have no idea why she was so distraught and she came across as just an awful whiny brat.

Shockingly bad acting from Mimi Keene. It was so over the top and unrealistic. They shouldn't give her this sort of stuff to do as she is just not capable of pulling it off. The reaction for me was when Carol Jackson just walked out when she was having her histrionics. I thought absolutely right Lindsey I wouldn't want to get stop and watch that as a quality actor either. Only a limited no. of actors in soap can pull these type of scenes off and Mimi isn't one of them.

She's not in the same league as Danniella Westbrook.

Complete drama queens trying to grow up too soon but just needing someone to show them kindness

Awww...Some people are being very harsh on Mimi!
We must remember she's sill very young and raw. She can be good but also not so good at times. I am sure that as she gains more experience her consistency will improve.

For me that was a masterclass of how NOT to act.

The actress is absolutely AWFUL - equally as bad as the character she plays.

An absolutely loathsome, selfish, entitled little madam.

She is the perfect example of why parents should be encouraged to hit their kids as this instills a better sense of right and wrong in the child - clearly something Cindy has no idea of.

She might want to take the class again, she was awful one of the worst performances I have seen in a while.

Sorry but I think she is an awful actress. The weird thing is that she was very good during the live episodes - but she has been really bad other than that.

I also can't stand the actress that plays Abi. She is an even worse actress.
