I don't think so, Vincent thinks Phil killed him.

They have Dean getting one over on Phil next week too. I know I said I wanted to see Phil taken down a peg but I meant that it would be good to see an equal rival for Phil, someone to challenge him - but at the moment he is just rolling over - what's going on?

I agree, they go from one extreme to the other. I would like to see Phil challenged but I don't think it realistic that he would become a push over overnight, either.
We have had over 15 years of younger, bigger, stronger hardnuts and gangsters preposterously being utterly terrified of the bullying, bald shortarse - because of TPTB's obsession with his total invincibility.
