We all know Sharon's dad is Cora back when she was Colin pre op!

I got flashbacks of Ronnie and Peggy turning up at Archie's mansion in Weymouth. Gavin is definitely being set up as a villian. Kathy wants to get away from him and Phil has been quite desperate to keep him out of Sharon's life.

Another missed opportunity for Ian which makes me think that Kathy is in that house. She's going to go from one hellhouse to another. I think she's safer with Gavin whilst Killer Bobby is loose.

I hope this birth daddy story has a good pay-off. I want Gavin to cause lots of drama for the Beales and Mitchells. Gordon won't seem so bad then.

This is actually rather insulting.

Who's Gavin?

And wasn't Kathy Beale killed in a road traffic accident some years ago, which is why Ben came to stay with Ian?

Errr yes. I simply don't buy this contrived idea that they're the same person.

I will be very surprised if at some point over the next few months, Sharon doesn't get a proper lead on her birth father (whether Notting Hill or elsewhere), takes Ian along for support, the door opens and Ian's chin hits the floor. DUFF DUFF DUFF DUFF.

If Kathy is living in Notting Hill, she's got some damn cheek coming begging Phil for cash, it's possibly the most expensive place to live in London!!

Gav's place looked alright. Nothing on the J-B country estate, of course, but it would do for a little place in the city . A bit cramped if you asked me.

It's telling that Sharon asked Ian to go with her. For this reason I think Kathy will be in that house in Notting Hill. If Gavin is a bully then Kathy could be getting cash from Phil to plan her escape. I'm glad the Gordon thing was over quickly. I doubt very much that Phil is leading Sharon up the garden path this time. I think Gavin will turn out to be a gangster and who knows maybe he's friends with Vincent? Vincent has links to everyone remember. I doubt that Vincent will be pushed out of The Albert by Sharon's dad as I have a strong feeling that Sharon and Vincent will become romantically linked via The Albert. There is a chance that Gavin will reject Sharon at first and will break her heart then will contact her for a meeting.
