The crowd are told what to do by the live team producer and floor management. Also if they have derogatory banners to jeer contestants more then it'll enhance the nastiness from the crowd even more. Also I think the crowd are linked with the pr and are daily star addicts. The daily star are expert dictators on who we should and shouldn't like.

We'll do a written complaint to the relevant people then and make it clear that your not having it or having the presenters encouraging to do it more. Davina had the balls to tell off the crowd wheras emma just let's em do it and do it even more.
