His reasoning for disliking people is absolutely ridiculous.. I also think he's getting himself isolated on purpose to try garner sympathy with the public.. He's a schemer.

I don't like him at all but no way can he like the other housemates given how they gang up on him so often. They don't even make sense, Joel saying that Simon saying Chloe doesn't deserve to win Big Brother is worse than Chloe attacking his character 
He picks on little girls because he is afraid that he is one himself. Nothing wrong with being a small girl unless you are a 46 year old male.

Chloe still wanted to be liked by him even after the diary room talk situation.. He repays her with 'I don't like you' - he is literally trying his best to get them to gang up on him thinking the public would take his side.
He seem's to be another larger than life person with psychopathic traits (where do BB get these people from!?).. particularly being unable to sense empathy or emotions in others, so misreads the signs and ends up making an ass out of himself.
He's created this flamboyant "Showbiz" persona, yet he isn't even that good at masking that he can't read people.
I know when he came out the first time there was a lot of people who didn't like him in the outside world. I think BB thought putting him in the Big Brother house would have helped improve him. But he's proof some people can't change who they are at heart. It would be like asking a man with no legs to run.
It's a shame really.
I don't dislike the guy. But I see his persona is 100% fake. Maybe that's all he can be. It's all about him, and always will be.

But what did Chloe expect after yelling at him in front of everyone in the first place? She could have chosen to take him aside and ask him for his side of the story but she didn't.

Its all part of his game plan to play the "victim" and gain public sympathy from the house ganging up on him.
