What 'twist' will be brought in next week to ensure that Simon stays another week?

Clearly the producers realised the missed a trick when he ended up being evicted on night 1 and got him back in. Now he is the one getting the crowd going, they'll want to keep him in longer… *sigh* What rubbish twist will they invent next week to save him from nomination?

They could ask the housemates to vote who the most hated housemate is, and then announce that that housemate is immune from eviction this week.

They could have a stripping or strongman competition, then when Marc wins it, secretly give him the power of nomination this week, without telling the others that their noms don't count.
