Still this sexist bullshit exists, pushing forward women as sexual objects rather than talented individuals in their own right.

You do realise this thread contributes to an atmosphere in the media where women get fired when they OMG age at the same speed as men, and get paid less because, well, tits.

Right? You do get that, right?

How it's allowed to continue on a website that's ostensibly about appreciating the media and arts, I do not know.
Howls of derisive laughter, Bruce.

You mean the same website that considered a story about Good Morning Britain having a fire alarm newsworthy.

but great tits have always been important in the media and arts .

.
You could be right, as the theatre world has a famous saying T and T (tits and teeth) suggesting if you are a female and want to get into theatre it is best to have a nice smile and a nice chest.

I'm increasingly of the view that Rita Ora is just about the most gorgeous creature I've ever seen. Up until about two months ago I'd never heard of her...now I think she's absolutely breathtaking. Not just the boobs, but everything about her.

As proof, I link to the following...

Haha............we've missed you. You seem to love it here but your comments above make you look an even bigger clam then usual. I take it you have never read some of the depraved threads on the general forum on a Friday or Saturday night. This thread is as harmless as Blue Peter in comparison.

I too have thought that for a while now.

Erm... no. Not in the slightest. However, as I have said before, we all "objectify" people by their looks on first meeting precisely because we don't know anything about them. Respect for them as individuals follows, or not as the case may be.

That moment when you realise that Big Arne spends more time on the Best Boobs thread than you do yourself.

It's the shallowness of BBC TV that programmes must be fronted and staffed by attractive female presenters and pundits.

The days were knowledgeable sportspeople like Jimmy Hill or John McCririck can host a TV show are long gone.
BBC and attractive female presenters in the same sentence !?

I thought Sky Sports had cornered the market .

I'd probably agree on Rita being rather gorgeous plus her persona is going to go sky-high after she's been on xFactor . She's got a fabulously cheeky personality as well . She's up there with Rhiana / Beyonce / Nicole Scherzinger and Shakira .

Exactly.

A picture of a woman, off the telly, with a massive pair of knockers, on a Best boobs on TV thread?

World's gone mad.

i need to be serious on this. i genuinely think it'll be a sad day for all of us (cause it seems to be heading that way) when people can't admire the physical attributes of other people ... and comment on it. do we REALLY want a society where EVERYTHING is just ... vanilla??? nothing said or intimated that's outwith a VERY limited 'band of decency'? if i had a body like this i'd be more than happy for people to be making (hopefully positive) comments or simply saying 'phwoarr check him out!!!'

alas i don't

similarly (and yes i know we get bombarded with comments like 'i dress this way for me') if ladies, that are in the public eye remember, attend events dressed like this or constantly post images of themselves like this, we're supposed to think they don't want to be looked upon and possibly commented upon as being attractive, fit, whatever?

of course no one's condoning saying things that would make any man or woman feel genuinely upset, invaded or whatever, but i suggest if you go about with your bits practically hanging out, you're not exactly shying away from being looked at.
