Honestly, it's like Tourette's Syndrome for some people on here. You can't go more than a few comments without someone shouting 'they're fake'. I've got no idea whether Jessica Simpson's had work done on her chest - but I doubt it. She was always fairly buxom - and now she's a bit heavier, so there's no reason to believe she's been 'enhanced'. And if she has - so what?
