If you look closely at the top pic - you can make out what looks like flesh-coloured moulded inserts over her boobs.

I don't think so . if you want to make boobs look bigger you pad the bra from underneath where any 'additions' will be unseen , this then pushes up the boobs as well , putting a prosthetic on the top of the boob would make no sense.
I think it's just a lighting effect .

I think they have talked about the costumes being 'structured'. They are built around a leotard and I think often the bra is effectively built into the costume particularly if backless.
