My first choice to get back, maybe with Wisdom as back up - if we still own him? It's a sickener for both those lads, and scarey as hell that we now have to rely on Sturridge for a striker, we all know his porcelain body well.
For all that, I would rather be in this position with Klopp in charge than with Rodgers. |

I have always been a club before country fan, so Ings injury is another reason to despise international games during season

We have on injury list
Gomez Flanagan Firmino Henderson Benteke Ings Also with knocks, may/may not be fit to play Coutinho Lovren So, Klopp has 16 fully fit infield players in our squad to select 10 from - unless of course anyone else gets another injury. Just hope the bottom 2 can get themselves game fit for tomorrow!

I thought Lovren was out for a few months?
He only got his injury a month ago against Carlisle. |

I think JK said that Benteke and Firmino were hoping to return to training next week. Might return for Saints next Sunday.

From Liverpool website - nice with a bit of hope that we will see Flanno back in December! - - - - - - -
Joe Gomez can count on advice from Liverpool teammate Jon Flanagan during his injury lay-off, the Scouse defender has promised. Reds boss Jürgen Klopp confirmed on Thursday that Gomez had sustained an anterior cruciate ligament injury to his right knee during the international break that is likely to keep him sidelined for a lengthy period. Flanagan is all too familiar with the heartbreak of suffering such a blow, having picked up a similar injury in April which he is still working hard to return from. And the full-back says he will be on hand to offer advice to his stricken colleague as he starts out on the road to recovery. "I'm devastated for him, I know what it's like to be in his situation with a long-term injury," Flanagan told Liverpoolfc.com. "I spoke to him yesterday and just told him to stay positive and if he ever needs any advice to come and see me, don't hesitate. "I know it's going to be tough for him but he's got to stay positive." Flanagan last featured for the first team in the final game of the 2013-14 season, a 2-1 win over Newcastle at Anfield. On his own recovery process, he added: "It's been going well. It's obviously been a frustrating time since last year when I got the injury. "I'm back running now and hopefully I can push on and get back in the team in a couple of months. "I've just got to progress and get myself fit, building up my leg strength. [December] is the aim - if all goes well that's the plan. |

![]() Tensions between Liverpool and the Football Association have been further inflamed after Jordan Rossiter reported a hamstring injury after playing three games in five days for England U19s." Maybe not as big as a blow, but still hugely irritating. |

Was hoping to see how Rossiter does under Klopp. Guess we'll have to wait a while. He might've featured in the Europa, and I think we have a League Cup game coming up. Could've even put him in against Chelsea if we wanted to give him an easy opponent.

All sorts of rumours around on social media about the line up tomorrow - one I like and I hope is true is for Can to be in centre mid rather than Milner. I think Milner wanted to be CM and so BR put him there - even tho imo it is not his best position. I think he should be basically wide but with a brief to roam around a lot. We cannot have players dictating, it should be up to the manager to decide. Linked to that - Can in defence is also not in his best position so if we move him into midfield and start playing players in their best positions then I think that is progress. Of course until we see the line up tomorrow it is all just rumour.

I do not think Milner works as a CM, Sure he runs and runs and works hard, But mainly that is due to not being able to keep ahold of the ball, We are short of wide players he can do a job for us there, But he should not be first choice in the centre.

something seems to be seriously wrong with sturridge. A professional sportsmans body should not be breaking down this often.

Feel really sorry for Sturridge right now, his body seems to be letting him down time and again.

We need the best from Coutinho and Lallana today; Origi will need all the help and support they can give him.
Anyone know if there is a recall option on Markovic? We could certainly use him, especially with the CC and EL cup games every midweek for a while. |
