Not sure it requires a lot of money just the players who weren't good enough before Klopp was here need replacing.
Skrtel was always prone to mistakes and that won't change anytime soon. Mignolet again will make costly mistakes.

finishing outside of top 4 with no trophy is acceptable.
he is in his first season with no pre-season behind him. I personally wrote this season off when he arrived.
