The weekend before last I ended on 94 points on Ultimate, wanting to reach 100, but didn't because Vardy was useless, only getting two assists...and I chose 1pt David Silva over 9pt Yaya Toure.

I'm on 95 points this week. Hope you know where the net is Coutinho! A cleansheet for Clyne would be nice, too.

He has no reputation, Same ole shit he has come out with before, I want to know how Gerrard can be jealous of what this pillock has "achieved"?
Even I think what he has said is totally bonkers!

Just posted this on the football betting pages, thought I would post it here just in case anyone is interested.

Coral are doing another daft offer of 5/1 on Liverpool to score a goal against Sunderland tonight which looks like a fair bet if you don't already have a Coral account.
http://promotions.coral.co.uk/landing-pages/crazy-prices-online-2912/

Looks like an easy £25 given Liverpool's current form and the fact that Sunderland have let in more goals than any other team in the premiership, currently on 38 and hopefully lots more after tonight!

I think Sunderland could be in for a hammering tonight with this line up. Coutinho looks in great shape and I can see him banging in a few goals and hopefully Benteke will be full of confidence after scoring the winner on boxing day against Leicester.

I'm going for 4-0!

Here's hoping, just have to keep Borini & Defoe at bay

Nearly had one as well halfway through that half. Bloody Mannone.

Not terrible, but not great either. There's goals in this for us, as Sunderland don't look all that compact defensively, we've been poking at holes for the majority of that half and a few half chances have been carved out as a result. Firmino has been the shining light with 2 good efforts, but Lallana has been anonymous, Coutinho has done most of his work from deep and Benteke can't get into the game at all.

Benteke is useless he just serves no purpose but only to jump and head the ball, he doesn't suit us, I miss Ings we need that sort of striker.

The full backs give us no width at all. They come in field too much.

Say what you want about Benteke. But he will score goals.

I know he doesn't suit our style and I'd prefer Sturridge up top, but he's certainly not a bad option to have.

The 32m price tag on his head, is a problem though. But I guess he's slowly repaying it.

Benteke gets MOTM, fair decision. Two games, two goals, two match-winners. Not bad for a flop.

Played alright throughout the game, tried to set others up a couple times, too. Seems to want to create and bring others into it.

Who would you have given it to? He scored the goal that got us the three points.

So you'd rather give MOTM to...Mignolet? Lovren? Lovren and Sakho played well (again), which is all well and good but it's the goal that got us the win. Will you not be happy until Benteke scores a hat-trick or something?

Has to be Sakho and Lovren even when Skrtel is fit. It's nice having two centre backs that do not automatically drop deeper by default.

I'll be happy when Klopp puts his proper team into place, I want Ings back I'm gutted for him.

Benteke. The man who can't stop scoring whilst simultaneously being the man who can't stop missing sitters. I don't know how I quite feel about him at the moment. He does pretty much nothing for 89 minutes but seemingly always manages to grab himself a goal regardless. In a way, those are the best kind of strikers to have.

I won't be too harsh on him as he did net us the winner, but 2 sitters in 2 games missed is concerning. He needs to be sticking those away, or it's gonna cost us one of these days. The same could be said for Ibe. No excuse for missing the target from 12 yards out with a clear sight on goal.

Defensively though we were excellent. Sakho was an absolute monster (and my personal MOTM) and Lovren continues his impressive turnaround of late. Moreno and Clyne were fine too, they didn't do too much wrong. Can was OK, I've certainly seen him play better though, I want to see more from him. Lallana continued to be non-existent, though I will credit him for his assist, even if it was accidental.

Firmino drifted in and out of the game, but when he drifted in he was magnificent. 2 very good efforts on goal in the 1st half kept out only by some brilliant goalkeeping and should've had 2 assists in the 2nd half, if only Ibe and Benteke had scored those sitters. I want to see more of this from Firmino. I refuse to give up on him like others have, there's talent in there dammit and I want to see it!

3 points and a clean sheet away from home. I should be happy but I'm just not for some reason.

Not going to complain about Benteke for the late miss this time. Mannone had a good game tonight so it wasn't an easy chance like against Leicester. He got the all-important winner and took that well so kudos to him. It still irks me that he wins the vast majority of flick-ons but no one is ever behind him to make the most of them.

After we went 1-0 up there seemed to be large swathes of space behind the Sunderland back four, yet we've no pace in our attack so we couldn't expose them. At times we seem to be counter-attacking in slow motion which is worrying when it seems to be the basis of Klopp's philosophy.

We've got two players in Coutinho and Firmino who are capable of spotting a pass, but who can they pick out? Lallana is slow and useless and Benteke, while not slow, doesn't have lightning pace either. I think Klopp will be looking to bring in players who can trouble defences with their speed at the earliest opportunity.

Sakho was MOTM for me. To keep a clean sheet away from home in this league your defence and GK have to play well. I'd still say we need an upgrade on Mignolet but he did his job tonight.
