Liverpool are set to gain £300k for Man City progressing in the Champions League because of a transfer clause. We could also earn more if City win the whole tournament.

http://www.empireofthekop.com/2016/0...ague-progress/

Also Liverpool are supposedly unbeaten against German teams at home. P13, W10 D3 L0.

Goals: 32
Conceded: 1

A +31 GD is nice, but these kind of stats just make me nervous.

Also, kind of expected really but Dortmund left flowers and a message at the 96 shrine.

Have to agree with this, he's never been regarded as someone who looks to pass sideways or backwards.

People on Twitter describing Liverpool and Bvb getting on as sickening. Gosh these people need to get a grip!

Confirmed ‪#‎LFC‬ starting XI to face @BVB: Mignolet, Clyne, Lovren, Sakho, Moreno, Can, Milner, Lallana, Coutinho, Firmino, Origi.
Confirmed #LFC substitutes against @BVB: Ward, Sturridge, Lucas, Allen, Skrtel, Smith, Ojo.

Doesn't look like we'll be parking the bus.

If we draw 2 - 2 or higher tonight we remain unbeaten but still lose.

I'm a bit nervous too although I think we can and will win outright tonight.

A couple of early goals to us would be nice.

What an absolute shower this squad is. O-2 after nine minutes. All the frailties coming home to roost already.

Bit dramatic no. 7 days ago they did ok.

Up against a very good side tonight.

They was poor last week and today have shown us how crap we are when they are playing better.

Klopp needs to get rebuilding and get rid of about half our team. As most are simply woeful!

I'll happily eat my words if we turn this around. Can't remember the last time we were so trumped within the opening ten mins of an Anfield European fixture.
We might not have been challenging for the league title around ten years ago but we'd still have the passion in any European tie to beat anyone. Another thing successive poor owners might've stripped away from our great club.

Still time though, here's hoping

That's what happens when you have absolutely no midfield.

Blown us away from the kickoff.

Disastrous start but there's still plenty of time in the game. Hopefully we can settle things down and grab a goal before half time.
