Why is it when we play Sundays we're never on TV?

It's because the usual reason we've been playing on Sunday this season is because of playing in the Europa League on Thursday, it's not true to say none of our Sunday games have been televised though.

Nifty footwork - not before time - from Studge and a nice little pop in from Firmino. Not a brilliant match really, but so long as we win....

A win is good, glad that Leicester managed to hold WH too, but Vardy is an idiot

It's a win. That late Bournemouth goal means we stay 8th on goal difference behind Southampton though. If we beat Everton on Wednesday we'll be 6th.
Didn't realise West Ham are also playing on Wednesday, so maybe not.

Away win and a strong performance from some of the youngsters. Sturridge looked much sharper today too.

Klopp will have a fair bit of juggling to do, and be praying hard for no more injuries. We still have 2 matches a week till end of season - need to check how many we have already played - must be off the bleeding scale by now

54 played so far, and minimum of 8 to go - hopefully 9.

It has been noted that we are now the first team in Premier League history to Win at 50 different away grounds. Unusual but nice statistic to have,

Didn't like the way Lucas got turned for the Bournemouth goal, but otherwise, a reasonable performance.

3 points in the bag, and I'll take a scrappy-ish win like that quite happily.

I agree. Joe Allan seems to be MOTM to most punditry, and frankly, he deserves to be. Sturridge is coming on now, and showing in moments why he's very, very good. Hopefully he'll get his full mojo working soon, but it's getting there. Ojo is getting the chance to show what he's made of, and is looking good, Ward could be fighting with Migs for 1st goalie soon too. A lot of positives from a team made from players who have never before played together, got the result we needed, though that clean sheet would have hopped us up to another position.

I fancy our chances against Everton in midweek as they will be playing a second team because of the FA Cup semi final

Just to clarify, Manchester City has played 52 with 7 to play - maybe 8, they are the nearest in matches played to us.

Can we still make the top four if we win every game from now until the end of the season

We could finish 2nd if we won every game and no other team above us wins.

If we beat Everton on Wednesday we'll be just two points behind Man United in fifth. We'll also be 6 points behind Arsenal in fourth, but I think that'd be pushing it a bit. If we can somehow finish above Man United though I'll take it. With the season they've had, and only managing a 1-0 win at home against a poor Aston Villa we should be finishing above them, and it'd be a nice, small consolation prize for the league season.

Lol just checked and Man City and Arsenal are on the same points, and same number of games. Imagine if we somehow finished third.

With the way we work though we'll beat Everton convincingly then get a 1-0 defeat or draw at home against Newcastle just as we start to believe.
