Yeah because at the same time I managed to switch accounts and post exactly at the same time.
No you idiot I have better things to do with my life than make two accounts on DS to somehow validate my opinion to a bunch of people I don't know. You clearly feel the need to do exactly that. Others have mentioned it too, you don't need to be Columbo. "Support" |

Just reminding everybody that was our best win of the season so far yesterday, to try and bring some happiness back into the thread.
![]() Chelsea only got started after 18mins when a defensive error let Costa get set up for the lead at Swansea. Half time there and we should cause them trouble on Friday if we bring our game from yesterday, along with the attacking intent we showed at Arsenal. |

We can certainly get at the Chelsea defence as the Swans have turned it around to lead 2-1.

I think it's important to highlight Henderson's passes that led to our second and fourth goals yesterday - they'll not appear on the assists stats but they were both superb defence splitting passes that totally exposed Leicester and made a goal almost inevitable in both cases. He also did well defensively. Maybe getting back to his best of tired seasons ago. Milner deserves similar credit for a tidy game at left back and an assist. Finally, Wijnaldum with a second neat assist this season - he'll improve as the season progresses I think.
If we can be as mobile and incisive against Chelsea, we've got every chance of nicking something but Kante and Matic are some barrier. It's a shame the ageing legs of John Terry will probably Nov feature but that may mean Luiz plays and surely we can expect at least one rash moment from him - although his compatriot Lucas has evidently been modelling his centre-half play on him... Should be a lively game - Costa will almost guarantee that single-handedly. |

If we can show the same attacking wise as we have in the Arsenal/Spurs/Leicester games we can certainly worry their defence, Terry could be out, not sure if that's a good thing or bad these days. It'll be weird Fri night football, here's hoping we can turn them over at their place. Attack will be our best defence though I'd say. Lovren & Mignolet looked worse than Brook & Golovkin after sat night's match ..Huth put himself about as usual.Good to see Klopp watching the under 23's too, Ings with another goal in the 4 nil win. I wonder when he will be in the 1st team picture, seems a shame he isn't but I can see why he can't get in too. Do we think Klopp will go with the same line up/ Personally I don't see Sturridge starting, think Coutinho will be back in. |

I don't think he was ever going to be real competition for Migs, at least we hopefully have that now. |

I think we should remember we have played what? Leicester..league winners hammered them 4-1 could have been more, Arsenal soundly beaten (should have been more).Tottenham draw AWAY but we outplayed them in every department.....Those are 3 of the top 4 teams of last season and we are outplaying them and should be beating them comfortably, there is no worry, Klopp has done so well. Chelsea will give us a better indication of where we stand because they have REAL point to prove and will fight every minue. I will be happy with a draw but do not be surprised if we hammer them, because from what I have seen so far we have the best attack in the league.

I was gonna put money on Feyenoord to beat Man United at roughly 3/1, 3.5/1 in one place. I didn't, though.
According to the lineup posted on their FB page, Brad Jones is starting in goal, so that might have been a wise decision. :P Dirk's gonna find it tough to get that hat-trick from midfield... |

Joel Matip: Quote:
“If an opponent tries to talk to me during the game, really, I don’t give a f***. They can say what they want,” he told the Evening Standard. The first paragraph is great. Apparently, he's also said he'd turn down the African Cup of Nations to help Liverpool. “I don’t think anyone is like Costa. You can play against players who like to make you uncomfortable, but not too many with his size or as famous as him. “It is always a fight against these big teams and you have to take on the battle. You have to go in there and fight, there is nothing else. As a defender, that is something you like – to go out there and win the ball.”

Our chances tonight have just improved massively, David luiz is playing, we'll get at least one chance due to a mess up by him because no way will he go through the whole game without making a mistake.
