Wasn't Coutinho on the bench when we thrashed Leicester 4-1? The idea that we're overly reliant on him is laughable.

I never really care about what that moron says. We're not reliant on Coutinho. We'd miss him if he got injured, but he's not Luis Suárez, and we wouldn't feel his injury as bad as we would have done the last two seasons.

He sounds like he's talking about Coutinho because he has to have an opinion, and Coutinho's probably our most well-known player. Ask people who don't watch Liverpool who our best player is and they'll probably say Coutinho. Even though he won all the awards he wasn't our best player last season, either, I thought Milner was.

There are other players we'd miss more if they picked up an injury, like Mané or Lallana. But with the strength of our squad, if Lallana picks up an injury we just play Hendo, Can and Wijnaldum. Coutinho gets injured we just put someone like Origi on the left, or Mané left and Origi on the right. Mané's absence would be felt the most, I think, and I think we'd manage if that happened, too, and with the AFCON coming up we'll have to.

What a bloody joy listening to Klopp right now. Actually brilliant speaking about the game. You can imagine when he is with the players every day. the amount of confidence and knowledge he will instill in them... I wonder if some other managers are watching and thinking; damn, this guy knows a fair bit about the game!

Makes me feel proud that he is our coach, I wouldn't swap him for any other!

I was away on the weekend at only just caught up with the MOTD higlights of the Hull game. All the highlights seemed to be of goals and shots on target by us

Was it even better watching at the ground or live?

How did Karius do overall in goal?

He didn't really have anything to do, a part from their goal, which I wouldn't blame him for.

Looks like Jurgen Klopp has disappeared from Monday Night Football

It is just Carragher on his own now

I am really interested to know how Jurgen Klopp intends to keep the Brazilian fresh for Liverpool's domestic campaign. Coutinho will have to regularly fly halfway around the world to keep his international commitments and should he ever pick up a long-term injury, Liverpool can kiss goodbye to a top-four place. It's enough to keep a manager awake at night."

Totally disagree with his second paragraph, Klopp has developed a squad that always has dam good cover for any player who is injured etc. After the mess of last season with an injury list better than the on field list he's made that a priority. Sure we would miss anky player, as would any team - but we won't be totally lost without any one of them now.”

Crooks is a grade A bellend. Who wrote that Klopp should be nervous about relegation after the Burnley loss.

I'm sure we are all devastated that Allardyce has been well and truly stung by the newspapers. Icing on the cake would be if stuffed envelopes were found to be involved when his Bolton teams seemed to roll over against one club in particular

Looks like that friendly hand gesture he got upset at Rafa making towards him once was accurate after all

Looks a bit slow to me, and they have gone a goal up to us now - need to get those missed shots on target.

Football continues to amaze with Brendan the first manager not to be beaten by Guardiola's City

I have just discovered the Game Difficulty Checker for matches from GW7 through to GW16, and it makes pleasant reading for us after that tough start to the season.

We don't have any Hard matches at all, just one Medium Hard against Man Utd in this timescale. Spurs have a tough time coming up, as do several other of our opponents, if we can keep things as we have during this period we will be doing very well.

Take a look, it has every PL team and the risks - it's part of a Fantasy Football article, and tells you what each team has coming up.

Benteke's done us a little favour there. He suits Palace's style so well.

Anybody noticed we kicked off at 12:30pm at Swansea.

A goal down in the first ten minutes.Swans pressing us very well when we're in possession and we didn't deal with a cross again that led to the goal.
Poor distribution from the back, Karius and all.

Lallana better get up soon, he's in my Sky Bet's 6-a-Side!

Lallana down with a knock. Hoping the Swans can tire themselves out here, they look full of energy and are winning the ball back very well.

Lallana back on and then calling to go off again.

Playing with ten men temporarily.

Sturridge taking his time to warm up.

We nearly get caught again, ball lobbed over our two central defenders, Cork gets a connection on the ball but luckily Karius is in front of it.

Sturridge on at last for Lallana.
Unplanned tactical change but it might do us some good.

Swans striker is just offside but got away easily from Lovren off a free kick delivery.

Come on red men, keep the ball and stop stressing us.
