Whatever happens later, we can't be as bad as Chelsea can we? Makes a change for them to see how the other half live... not so nice is it boys!

De Gea straight back in for them.

Lovren starts. Again.

I've been one of Rodgers supporters through the hard times, but I feel my support waning for every game Lovren starts. There'll be hell if he cocks up again today.

Our bench looks quite weak. Hardly surprising considering the players we have missing ( Flannagan, Henderson, Allen, Lallana, Coutinho, Sturridge)

Substitutes: Bogdan, Sakho, Toure, Moreno, Rossiter, Ibe, Origi

I would be OK with Sakho, Moreno has a belter of pace late on, and Rossiter is OK - secure. Origi is an unknown quantity yet really, an Ibe just seems to have gone off the boil.

We'll see - jitters setting in now!

As if I wasn't nervous enough, I see Lovren in and Fellaini up top for them.

I would say 80% of this squad don't know what this game means?

But anyway come on you red men, Ings on with Benteke about time great news.

Absolute ridiculous that we continue to leave out the best ball playing centre half out of your side. Not only that but Sakho is the best actual defender.

I'm liking the look of Ings in this team.Poor timing from Benteke to be offside then.

Very poor game. Man Utd's midfield is far superior to ours and unless something changes that is going to be difference in the end in this game.

Don't know how Lucas has not been booked. Had to double check the line-up to see if Milner was playing and even when he has had the ball, he's given it away.

Emre Can is our only midfielder who is actually trying to make something happen but whatever he's been trying hasn't looked like working yet.

0-0 halftime. Both teams have been shite.I've not been panicked by the amount of Utd possession as they're at home.Everything about this has been flat, from the play to the atmosphere from both sets of supporters.

It's at least a better first half than our last game!!

Bluddy L - Lovren has been doing OK, but Lucas is dire, could Rossiter do any worse? I doubt it. The defence has held, but then United are pretty crap too.

Let's see who comes out best from now, which manager wants it more I guess.

If the Arsenal game is anything to go by (with Mignolet's blatent time wasting), Rodgers would probably quite happily settle for the draw.

This is depressing.

Benteke needs help. There is no link between midfield and attack.

Sitting way to deep as well. We should he squeezing up the pitch
