I can't really explain just how disappointed I am with that result and performance. Just exactly like last season, we are throwing away or league campaign before he even gets going...and worse, just like last season, the damage is being done with weak home performances.

Gutted.

A month and a half into the season and we look like we've reverted to treating games like friendlies.

This is so disappointing. Liverpool are so frustrating to watch at the moment. I think it's time for the owners to really review Rogers.. Losing 3-0 to west ham at home then drawing 1-1 at home with Norwich just isn't good enough. Something needs to be done soon.

If enough fans go to bed tonight and have a dream about there being a 1pm press conference at Liverpool tomorrow, it might actually happen.

If the A Team can't beat Norwich at home. It's a wee bit worrying

I now have visions of Todgers sitting behind his desk with a large cigar in his mouth, flashing his ridiculously manicured teeth, saying I love it when a plan comes together.

Next 5 PL games:

- Villa (H)
- Everton (A)
- Spurs (A)
- Southampton (H)
- Chelsea (A)

This is frightening. We could conceivably be in the relegation zone in early November. If we don't beat Villa, I'm gonna start fearing the worst.

Why on earth was Rodgers not sacked in the summer , a complete farce it's only September and we can kiss this season goodbye !

He should never of been given more time and to spend more money as its just delaying the inevitable.

Obviously losing to Carlisle would be an extremely embarrassing result, but I'm not particularly concerned about the League Cup right now. The Premier League has to take precedence, especially given the start we've made, and if that means playing a bunch of kids on Wednesday and losing the game, so be it.

Well, looks like this is a make or break match for BR, all guns in that are fit.

Be interesting to see how B and S gel, hope they do.
I look forward to a blossoming BS partnership.

Uh...wait...that doesn't sound right. Let's go with my initials of SB.

Apparently, Liverpool's leading scorer in European football in our current squad is Lucas Leiva.

Nice little stat for you.

Something not so nice, some poor guy was waiting on Benteke to score the first goal to win £4k from a £5 five-fold "first goalscorer" accumulator.

7 is above the 4 on the keypad. Perhaps it was a slip

I worry that if we continue like this our season will be over before christmas and we have another written off season.

Unfortunately Rodgers spoilt us the 2013-2014 season. We were supposed to be on a journey and this season was the one to cement the club as a possible top 4 team.

I really hope he does turn everything around otherwise we have not just wasted this and last season but probably future more if another manager has to come in. Which seems to be a repeated story at Anfield for a number of years. .

Milner is a problem as we've promised him a central role but not sure his good enough to play central.
We should never had done such a thing, it's been said on here before today he wasn't excelling in that role - today damn awful. Reminded me of Joe Cole - someone we signed on a free who I had high hopes for and he let me down!
It's all about the 'M's today. Moreno has been excellent, but Milner has been dire. I am hoping the latter has not got some kind of 'must play' clause in his contract, because he should have been subbed out ages ago.
I agree he should have been subbed today for sure, pointless keeping him on the field!

Not really good enough is it, 1-1 at home to Norwich - Only positive - at least Danny Ings scored

Some of these ratings are laughable. Milner higher than Sakho? Sturridge getting a 5? Firmino getting a 5? What game was this person watching?

Give Sturridge a 7 (I thought he was decent), Firmino a 7 (bright spark when he came on) and Milner a 3, and that'd be a bit more accurate. Sakho could probably be bumped up to a 7 too. Coutinho had a poor game, should only be a 6.

Gotta laugh really

Table not making good reading i have to say. Will watch MOTD before making any comments about team performance/individual players though as haven't seen the game.

Yeah, that irked me too. Tettey and Milner committing the exact same crime. Milner booked, Tettey nothing. Way to be consistent ref.
And then what happens 2nd half? Tettey commits another bookable offence and gets a yellow. It should have been his 2nd.

Not that that's an excuse. We were woeful.
