I must have misunderstood you when you said " i cannot get annoyed or offended about anything Marc has said, as he has not said it to me personally...".

Also, I do see that there is a difference in terms of seriousness as i have already suggested.

You DO NOT have the right to NOT be offended

What a thin-skinned World we're becoming

If someone throws something inappropriate out there then let it hang, it'll soon show itself for how dumb a statement it is by the resulting silence, it doesn't need your Policing, OR have the articulation to challenge it

But don't just go crying to Offcom, it's so gutless

CELEBRATE your freedom of speech and your right to confront it when you deem it unhealthy

But don't propogate some totalitarian clamp-down on expression because one day it'll be YOUR head on the chopping block

We NEED to be able to say what we feel right or wrong, if not then we can't have others wisdom intervene and show us the alternatives, we can't learn and grow without making mistakes

Please bear that in mind as you reach for your phone in your short-sighted attempt to be seen 'doing the right thing'”

I think i do have the right to be offended. if not the right to expect those who give offence to be prevented from saying or doing that which gives offence. But that does not mean that that which is likely to cause people to be understandably and justifiably offended is not to be deplored.

I still stand by my original post, and the show does come with plenty of warnings, I just don't get shocked or offended by what goes on on a Tv show, I just take it for what it is a TV show, If I was offended by anyone or anything I would not watch it, but I certainly would not bother to go as far as to complain.

I have watched every BB and never once thought that's just too much about any contestant no matter what they have done or said, some HMs I would not want to live with but then again I don't have to do I, One last thing if the show had the old LF back we would be able to see more of the HMs, and then have a clearer picture of what goes on and what the HMs are really like .....

The crux of this is : were you being "entertained" when Marc said what he did to Sam that resulted in BB giving him a warning ?

I didn't find it entertaining. I found his remarks offensive to the woman on the receiving end and I didn't want to hear it either. Glad he got the warning , so he can continue to be mischievous , often funny, and create a bit of havoc in a house full of bores.

Back to business hopefully for Marc.

Thanks Scarlett. I was just a bit confused, as I saw what he said and also, thought he was talking about rough sex, thought I missed something. Marc boundaries are not good, he needs to remember he's no longer in the army on a night out with lads.

What really bothers me is that BB have been telling us since he went in how wonderfully entertaining he is.
Bots/Twitter/Facebook have been spinning us the line that it was boring without him and people I know who would not normally accept his type of behaviour are applauding him for rescuing the show.
I remember a time we hated Jade and suddenly we don't even see her anymore, just goes to show she was never a big player.

Cop on people....................you're being manipulated.

What he said was disgusting. The fact that he still has so many supporters is 10x worse.

Honestly, the excuses that people make for him along with the winner from last year and just my overall experiences in life lately have made me very pessimistic about this country.

I always thought people were crazy for saying Canadians were nice, but after travelling and living here for years, I understand it. This country is depressing as **** (no offense)

what he said was childish and pathetic, if this is 'Irish banter' then Irish banter needs to grow up, that sort of banter would make you a laughing stock and eternal target in the pubs I drink in, in sophisticated London
