Marc is 'The Endemol Candidate'; BB's poodle - the one they advise how to act , the one they edit in favour of, the one they plug on BOTS and the one they base all their crappy twists and tasks around . The producers have gambled their jobs on him and everyone seems to be lapping up the fix. It's like there's some kind of mass hypnosis going on here, it's unbelievable but also hilarious that so many people are being taken in by it all.

Suspect they would have been out on their arse if another male housemate had said the things he said

He said it sounded awful. He is mostly sorry that it sounds awful
