EE - End of an era
Was shocked with the sudden reveal that the surgery on the Square is to close, how can DTC do this its been part of EE since the very first episode, hope he has an ulterior motive and it is the start of a stroy line bringing DR Legg back to the Square.

It will hopefully lead to a campaign storyline.
As a law student, I do hope they will go for a judicial review storyline to raise awareness about the process. Depends on who has decided to close it and for what reasons, though. |

When is the last time someone went there? They always seem to go to the pharmacy or hospital now.
Has it been seen since Dr Al? Why not create a new doctor character? |

Something new will take it's place and we might even get a new character.

Yes, the show will never be the same again without that surgery we hardly see.

Really??? I live on a similar square in Kennington and the closest doctor is about half a mile away in Oval! We have no medical services nearby.

I for one was sick of the surgery show being rammed down our throats and this comes as welcome relief.

Well I hope this is true, I am truly sick of the surgery. It was getting to the point where they should just call the programme surgeryenders and have done with it. I think this is just what the programme needs but going by DTC's past form it'll probably be 'surgery this, surgery that' again by the end of the week. No doubt it'll be 'Dr Carter will see you now' before long 😀
