Are they USB tuner cards? If so this is another case where a Raspberry Pi can save the day.
Running TVheadend on the Pi you can allow access to the tuners from other machines on your network using the standard Sat>IP protocol.
I'm eventually going to use TVheadend to aggregate channels from Freeview (via a HDHomerun) and Freesat (using one of the many Sat>IP servers. Most probably the i LNB.) and export them around the network for reception on computer with Kodi installed or dedicated OpenELEC boxes.
