Vegetarian buffet ideas
Hi guys, need some advice, it's my birthday tomorrow and I'm putting on a finger buffet in my place before we head out. I've four vegetarian friends coming and I asked them the other day what they like in sandwiches, however I was in the pub and forget and don't want to ask them again! I remember they said pesto but they aren't a fan of cheese and pickle. Any suggestions on what to do? I'm going to the supermarket and need inspiration.

Depends what sort of veggie they are, I like egg and cress but some won't eat eggs, also cheese and salad, or jam and cream cheese (but that might just be me

Roasted and marinated vegetables. Aubergine slices, corgette, whatever the word is for red bell pepper. Tossed in a wash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, a little crush garlic and some chopped herbs like oregano and basil.
