Would we get a 'tip off' in advance about any sumner deaths do you think? Surely the actors who's contracts are ending (due to death) won't be filming anymore beyond this next week or so (if that when this big stunt is happening) so may be spotted out and about but no longer going to the set? I'm clutching at straws here. Just need to know what's gonna happen!!!

I'm not wasting my time worrying anymore at this point. What's done is done really and scripts are being written for autumn now so nothing anyone says will make the slightest difference.

Gemma Oaten has also been filming today but all those mentioned/known about are all on twitter so I doubt we'll know about non twitter users and their involvement.

Quite true, but I do wonder if the story around the summer desaster and its outcome were changed slightly from what was said back in Spring. What I mean is that back then, probably not even the ED team knew about the two new cast babies due towards the end of the year, not sure about Natalie's exit either. Not that it would change a lot, but with Alicia and Val leaving for good, Debbie and David away at least for a while, and Jai maybe taking a break too...maybe there will be fewer summer casualties than we expect after all?

That said, I guess two people are pretty much confirmed as victims, so even if there are up to 4 deaths, that would only be two other characters.

I'm totally in the mind frame of thinking that there will be only like 2-3 deaths. I mean, they don't need to have a bunch of people die to make it a great summer storyline.

I've never bought into the mass death idea anyway and given that we know of future departures, im even less convinced. These characters all need replacing and flooding a soap with new characters en masse never works as they all need developing at the same time.

Of all the main soaps ED is probably the last 1 that needs a clear out as they have a fairly strong cast. There are some weak characters but you can't expect 100% in that area.

Leyla is a possibility with all the alluding to her death with the foreshadowy comments. I think that Joanie will die too leaving Cain to want full custody of Kyle. Tracey maybe? She doesn't have much reason to be sticking around tbh, especially with Val leaving. Not sure who else other than the two you've mentioned. If Pete doesn't die, I'd expect James will.

Which presumably means he's back actually accepting he still has strong feelings for Aaron. Obviously he always has had but sometimes puts it to the back of his mind. Like at the very beginning when he went immediately back to have sex with Chrissie to prove (to himself) he was 'straight'. Poor Robert but he'll accept the inevitable soon enough

A lot of people seem to think this will the the time that we get lots of info finally but i actually don't think we will! I hope we do but not gonna expect lots of goss and then be disappointed.

I wouldn't be surprised if the kidnap stuff is held back in tne spoilers tomorrow. They will probably say that Robert is kidnapped by Cain then they will try and tease the outcome. I.e. whether Aaron will save him or not... which we know he will obvs
