Puns aside I'd love it if Ronnie became the next Phil. Not bald, but a hard-nosed, cold, calculating, manipulative 'boss' of the Square. Not someone who frets and obsesses if her husband is knocking off her sister - but someone who takes what she wants from who she wants with scant regard for their feelings or emotions. A strong, business woman with her finger in many pies who 'controls' the Square through either implicit intimidation or worse.
Not a complete monster, she'd still have strong family loyalties such as her son and sister (although these relationships will often be strained) but someone who rules the roost of the square, taking over from Phil as the go-to character whenever you want someone beaten up, killed, intimidated or in some otherways hurt.
I love the idea of Ronnie running a kind of 'firm' from the R&R, a dark semi-emotionless bitch who has much of the Sqaure under her thumb. A bit like what they often try to make Phil now.
