Can anyone clarify this or define the nature of their relationship please? We all know they spend all their time together, spend a large amount of time under the duvet, appear to be kissing and touching etc etc. However, she has a wife (????) and a boyfriend? Am I correct in this or have a missed something? So what is their situation, what do they call it? Friends?? If it is friends, then it's like no other friendship I've had or seen before, but maybe I'm just completely out of touch. Please help!

They know the same people and have the same interests.
Their relationship does include a mutual sexual attraction whereas Nick and Jade were always in the friend zone.
Marq and Jade also know the same people and each other from Dublin.
Marq is the person who Jade is most sexually attracted to in the house (she said it herself), she's always treated Nick like a little brother.

Then Nick isn't really asexual, in which case he should never have described himself as such.
I think Nick should have described himself as celibate instead, because I don't need people like him misrepresenting my orientation.

Well, I wish people wouldn't confuse the two, as they're not remotely similar.
'Not getting any' would make a person an involuntary celibate. 'Not being attracted to anybody' is what it means to be asexual.
