Soe you said that DefJam know that FUMF won't leave because people and radio love it. Does "leave" mean leave the charts regardless of "no further promotion" for it or "we'll keep on pushing the song" ?! I'm not sure how positive they'd be about a song's POTENTIAL without having any plans to promote it there. Maybe they could promote FUMF as a buzz single along with Thunder the lead (Am i being too hopeful lol I guess so). I really hope FUMF gets a chance in the US 'cause with the right promo it can be such a great response to UK radios. Anyway, I hope Thunder is as good (I loved just when I knew the title because of Jessie's Thunder)

I couldn't agree more!! This forum has become abit like a battlefield at the moment.. we all need to just respect what everyone says weather they agree with it or not.

We have alot to look forward to.. the NEXT single and the album and promo.

Radios didn't playlist it cause it wasn't relevant to their audiences... It's A-list on Radio 2 cause it's relevant to their listeners but the target demo for Radio 1 and Capital barely know who Leona lewis let alone care about her newest single... She hasn't had a 'proper' commercial (non Christmas) song for years (Trouble was barely a hit)

She's like the Saturdays, they've had their day in the sun and now radio is over them, nothing to do with anyone getting them snubbed they're just deemed to be past it commercially...

I honestly have no idea.

They actually said: "FUMF is a warm up reintroduction but are finding that FUMF will not go away and people and radio are loving it". So I suppose the song is doing well on its own regarding streaming and radio actually spinning it. They haven't done any promo yet FUMF is still out there, that's what I think it meant

I think it means there is still interest, it hasn't faded out yet despite no promo.

They will more then likely promo abit see how goes then drop there lead single if they do go for something else it will be interesting to see as I do believe Defjam will be amazing and do everything to make her big there again!

I really believe Def Jam are going to do wonders for Leona. This is the first time I'm confident of US success for Leona since 2009. Unlike Syco and RCA, Island and Def Jam know and appreciate what they got in Leona.
