Again, she's starting from scratch. Not to mention, she's done 0 promo aside from radio interviews, etc.
This song isn't going to shoot up on iTunes right away. This is her first single in 6 years here. You basically need to look at it from a new artist standpoint.
iTunes doesn't have an effect on radio all that much tbh. Some songs get overplayed to death here yet flop on iTunes. Plus streaming has recently taken over so iTunes loses even more value.
