The sad fact is Radio 1 and Capital could choose to ignore anything Leona releases.

The day has come when Alex fans are calling Leona a "flop", bless them. What don't they understand about the fact that Alex is a nobody (talented, but still a nobody), whilst leona is still a force to be reckoned with. Leona's single sales alone, outsell Alex's albums and singles put together.

This is why Island and Def Jam need to focus on the US now until she scores a hit over there.

It was played twice over night, one play on a show from midnight to 3am, and the other one on a show from 5am to 6.30am. Ugh, I hate when they waste plays on those night shows.

To the music industry now, releasing a ballad is very risky! Even there's only 1 ballad to top the chart is John Legend's All Of Me in recent years
Leona needs a fresh, modern sound that she only got it, register to it that rarely anyone does! I think IGY and ALS have the vibe of fresh and modern that have potetial to be hits! Just start it with IGY or ALS in America, invest on it, for a like-a-dream video to make people curious n keep coming back for more!
That's what I think Leona needs to relaunch her career

There's no bad Blood between Leona and Alex. From their interviews it's clear they support each other and wish only good to each other. So those 3 pressed fans of hers doesn't bother me at all. I bet Alex would slap them in the face if she knew it.com

No bad blood between Leona and Alex but Alex's brother sure seemed to be happy when Lovebird flopped. Although, he must have been aggravated by some Leona fans who dragged Alex before.

Just seeing it like that is quite embarrassing , maybe they're unaware or just as dumb as shit because it's quite ignorant of them to even allude to the idea that leona may be a flop in comparison to Alex when she's sold a mere 21 million more than her and continues to outdo her in every way. I have nothing against Alex, like I said, I think she's talented but still no match for leona; vocally, looks wise or success wise.

One has a major label deal on both sides of the Atlantic and the other doesn't. That's all that needs to be said. We should leave those two Alexandra fans to it. Glassheart stands at 92k now, atleast according to music week. I think it'll finally go Gold at the end of next year.

Back to Leona, I'm not sure what they'll do next. Due to the delays at the beginning of the year they haven't given themselves much time to release FUMF globally and promote the second single in the UK. I still think it's important for her to gain some traction here and atleast get I Am to comfortably go Gold.

Hahaha come on take it easy on them! Alexandra is really talented and her fans (hardcore) should know better than to pit her up against someone who walks on fire and makes Lions & Tigers purr!

Leona has always done better than Alexandra and her 2 fans can't stand that. So as soon as Leona is underperforming they'll slag her so Alex can finally win. Bless them

Which is ironic considering, leona "underperforming" still sells more than Alex "slaying" 😂😂😂 and she will never win against leona so we'll just have to let them live in their alternate reality where she does, they're not worth anybody's precious energy 😒.

The thing is these Alex fans dragging Leona are probably teenagers doing it to get a reaction from Leona fans and because some are dumb enough to fall for it then it gives them a kick. The side that Leona fans don't realise is that they are turning innocent Alex fans against Leona. These are the people that would otherwise probably buy Leona's music. I had no problem with Alex before - and I wouldn't allow myself to fall for these silly, childish games and go and drag Alex - but the more I read posts of Alex fans dragging Leona, the more I am getting to dislike Alex (irrational but human nature). It's stupid, and certainly not Alex's nor Leona's fault, but it is probably losing them both sales and potential fans as people feel they have to take one side or the other. If people didn't react to Alex fans dragging Leona then they would just get bored and start on someone else.

I find it so infuriating how so much glee is being taken by some over the first charting of FUMF whilst ignoring the fact that the dates were changed and that official impact is later.
The snobbery amongst media elites when it comes to leona is disgusting. Girl needs to go to America asap, where the the media is more appreciative of her. It's time she ignored the UK for a while.

I'm still in love with FUMF and think it should be her relaunch single for the U.S.

It's like two trolls on Twitter. Just ignore them, they probably love that you made the last page about them aswell. As you've pointed out she's not relevant anymore so her and her fans should have no bearing on this thread. Don't give people the satisfaction.

Okay so this is my ideal plan for Leona:

Late June: Put the album up for pre-order on iTunes worldwide with an instant grat track available

Late June - mid July: Promote and push FUMF in the US with it being sent to radio and a radio tour following ASAP / also shoot video for the second single (IGY)

Mid July: Leona returns to the UK for a week to première 'I Got You'

Late July - early August: Fly back to the US to continue promoting FUMF / IGY video is released

Early August: UK radio tour for 'I Got You' which will include Radio 1, Radio 2, Heart and possibly Capital

Mid August - pre IGY release: interviews regarding the album, première another track from the album on the radio.

IGY release week: as many television promo slots as possible (Loose Women, GMB, This Morning, one of Alan/Graham/Jonathan (preferably Alan), Celebrity Juice, The One Show). We need a Leona Blitz on the TV.

I Am release week: Radio 2 concert, one of Alan/Graham/Jonathan (Graham preferably this time).

Post-I Am release week: Fly back to US and promote before proceeding to Europe.
