Good to tell that THING is back in the house again. It's wall to wall arguments again - pathetic, really, utterly pathetic. And no I haven't started watching again, juts catching up with the (Boring Boring Boring Boring Boring BORING!!!!!) snippets on the website.

I'm enjoying the drama.

what would you prefer - back to back nothingness with everyone loving each other? BB is not the real world its a experiment as to how people react in given situations and "as time goes by" it has to become more extreme to be interesting. Give me the fieryness any day over dressing gown/ bed cuddling dullness.

I like a good mixture of drama and fun. Helen and her new best mate Marc are one trick ponies, their idea of entertainment is shouting foul mouthed abuse and deciding who to pick on next.

Some people just can't deal with adults behaving like adults, all they want is arguments and drama.
I think they are still cleaving to the pretentious idea that BB is a "social experiment".
It's not, it's a game.
Giddiness at the prospect of another 'fight night" is always at high levels around here, as if watching people scream and argue is entertaining.

If Harry's plan to schmooze Nick and suck up to the originals was working to stop her getting nominated, good luck to her, at least she had a plan. It should be up to the housemates to work her out, not for outside interference to scupper her.
Tactics and game play are always frowned upon and the worst thing you can be called as a BB contestant is "FAKE" *shudder*

Nikki will probably bring a bit of entertainment. Not sure about Brian and "I forget her name", I'm even bored of Marc now.

I'm enjoying it. If incidents similar to the housemates 'revolt' the other night were the alternative..

Arguments, fallouts and drama vs sleeping, sunbathing and eating.

I'll have the drama thank you.

There are plenty of films on TV to watch if you want professionals acting out conflict situations ie arguing.
We don't need it, particularly when it is falsely generated to gain viewers, in a programme like Big Brother.
Are we really needing to be entertained by banal spats between people who probably would not dream of fighting with each other outside of the house?
Sad we have come to this total sterility of inventiveness on the part of the production team.

Yes, absolutely. There's nothing entertaining about people being mean for the sake of it or mindless insults disguised (not too well) as banter designed to provoke.

Some of us want to get away from everyday life.

Experiment, my arse. It's a pointless, puerile mess. How anyone finds entertainment in watching immature idiots arguing from ar*ehole to breakfast time is beyond me; and now we have the ultimate idiocy of erstwhile HMs going back in and telling current HMs how they're perceived on the outside. What's the point? The apple has fallen way too far from the tree.
Classic BB was NEVER about 'back to back nothingness with everyone loving each other'. The ratings were testament to that. It would seem that some people no longer have the patience nor the attention span to let the proceedings wend their own way without the constant and tedious shit-stirring from the producers.

If you don't like it then why watch? It's a form of entertainment which has idiots in it every day of every week of every year it's on. Not all forms of idiocy involve arguments and fights. I fail to see why you think that the standard of the show has dropped sooo much, when from where i'm sitting it has always had some form of unbelievable stupidness in some shape or form. They don't choose the housemates based on there intelligence levels lol. That's what makes it entertaining.

False argument. We never needed constant arguing in the past, and nor was it about 'sleeping, sunbathing and eating'. The current incarnation of BB is aimed at undiscerning people who merely want to point their fizzog at the telly and have a bunch of idiots behave like performing seals with anti-social behavioural disorders.

It's just a Scripted load of shite ,I never watched Programmes like TOWIE because that's all they were and sadly BB has gone the same way ,I'm now past caring about any of them and close to giving up watching altogether it's getting worse with every H/L Show they put on

That's just it; I'm NOT watching. Haven't tuned in since HW and the diminutive gobshite went in, and the idea that people should merely walk away without passing comment on a once well loved show is a bit unfair. I would imagine you'd do the same thing if the proceedings were no longer to your liking.

Obviously you're a latecomer to BB.

It's not drama though it is, Percy .....

It's picky, hypocritical, pathetic nothingness. It means absolutely nothing - arguments for arguing's sake. Why is anyone in or out of the house BOTHERED about what that thing has to say about anything?

I suppose someone who has nothing substantial or meaningful to say about anything or anybody has no other armoury than empty carping on about nothing and setting folks against each other. I reiterate - pathetic and boring.
