Hence Ofcom's ruling of no PRIOR intent to mislead.

Basically, if people didn't watch the semi final then its their fault for assuming the act only involved Matisse.

Fair enough I can perhaps see why people felt 'misled' if they didnt know about the orher dog (and only saw the final) but thats not Jules' fault really (I doubt she named her act either), it would have been more misleading if Chase had been used but the name collars swapped or something.
That didnt happen though.
