You can't really say the right thing in this scenario, dammed if you do dammed if you don't.

It's like the forces of the universe have conspired to punish him for daring to be considered favourite.

But I don't think he IS popular anymore... certainly not as much as he was. Nikki telling him he's lost popularity would make his eviction less satisfying since he'd already be in the know.

This way he'll just dig his grave more and more (with the viewers). It's true the other housemates will probably be even less likely to nominate him, but I think it's becoming more and more likely he'll be out this week, regardless.

Nikki starts to tease Jack the minute she walks into the house. Nikki tells Jack some lies about his support in the outside world saying he has over 200,000 Twitter followers; he believes her and she is struggling to hold in her laughter.

After Nikki told a series of lies to Jack, she went to the Diary Room and said: “I can’t believe what I just said. These lies have spiralled out of control.

Nikki is already causing mischief. Love it!”

The more you praise and flatter a housemate that already thinks they're it, the more they'll certainly earn themselves more nominations and be evicted. Nikki's playing a clever game with Jack.

Exactly the more popular he thinks he is, the greater the shock when he's evicted!

I don't think it could match the shock Nikki got when she was evicted , what a fine moment that was

Good point. I'd like to think that I would have. Maybe because previous housemates in the Secret Room didn't use it to the best advantage and were a bit thick. They just waded back into the house saying I know what you've been saying about me. As you say, you'd think at least one of them would have made something up. They had the freedom to make any old nonsense up. I'd say that they probably wasted the opportunity.

Or when she asked for her "best bits" on her second eviction and Davina told her she already had them ..

Seemingly she is carrying out the plans they all said they would do.

Yes you do. It comes with the territory.
You'd be very silly to go into BB and not expect that.

This is such a good strategy. I can imagine Jack saying in his next row 'Well I'm going to stay longer than you!!'

Now we have Nasty Nikki enjoying someone's misfortunes. I just feel sorry for Jack it would look like he is a bit slow for his age

What misfortunes

Has he had an accident?
Fallen over?
Spilt a cup of tea?

What has Jack actually done wrong though, seems all the hate aimed towards him is simply because he's large.

The misfortunes i mentioned for Jack was that he wasnt very gifted in the common sense or looks areas.

Nothing to do with his size for me. I just can't take to him.

I agree.
Thought the idea was to tell the dullards they're hated ? Now none of the HMs will nom Jack ? As they'll fear a public backlash against them . doh

I really think this is pointless; and needlessly cruel. As was the question from the 'viewers' to be honest. So how about he doesn't go this week (and Harry does) and his hms don't nominate him again until the final? What will have been achieved then? He'll always consider himself and be considered a popular finalist.

Jacks behavior has nothing to do with his looks or common sense

It would have been crueler to tell him he's hated, but he shouldn't be considered a popular finalist ,---

he sits and announces his loud long farts, picks his nose, he's a hypocrite having a go at anyone who nominates him and thinks he's above being nominated and he's got a gambling problem -

I think he's the last person in there to deserve the money , he hasn't been entertaining in the slightest. IMO.
