Winning last year just reinforced her idea of herself. Now she's back again supposedly as a legend, it's done it even more.

Bianca had a lot to offer Helen, Publicity. Harry can offer her nothing. That's how Helen works.
She's so arrogant. It doesn't occur to her that her opinion on everyone is just her opinion. She makes her pronouncements about people as though it's the truth. Even when she was sticking up for Simon over Harry not doing his washing, she still managed to put him down in the same breath "I wouldn't speak to him in the real world"
