Well done for missing the point, he's not over egging anything, when Marc was evicted Jack gave a big speech about how his game plan failed and he won because he's out of the house, Marc was pulling him up saying that Jack never won, Marc did because his game plan never got him evicted.
It's pretty easy to grasp.

You've just missed it again, the fat lady doesn't need to sing in the context they are talking about, Jack didn't win, Marc won because he wasn't evicted, no one is discussing when the fat lady needs to come into play.
