Has Marc blown it?

I'll admit that until this weekend I was in two minds about Marc. At times I found him entertaining, at times offensive. I even thought he came across as quite humble in his first DR moment after going to the bunker.

However, in tonight's show he came across as petty, vindictive and incredibly self-righteous. He really seems to think he is better than the rest of the HMs.

Emma Willis said that this would make or break him. At the moment I think he's made a major misstep.

Anyone think he can pull it back?

Anyone voted into the bunker would have acted in the same way. Just like Jack and co. acted when they watched a bit of live feed. Marc has hardly blown it.

He needs to calm down the powers gone to his head.

Couple of issues here. Think OP is right about Marc's reception and his reaction but he has been holed up with Helen and her new sidekick Nikki (whom I am annoyed with now) and it looks like he has fallen for BBs trick.

Exactly.

And at least Marc hasn't lied (so far anyway) about what he heard like the others did, when they made out Simon had said something completely awful about Chloe when all he said was he didn't think she should win

No Marc has not blown it he has every right to have a go at the housemates who bitched about him

I think he's been pretty reserved, considering. He's told people straight what he's seen, given pep talks to those he deems straight. And he's done it all in a calm way. Even in his altercation with Christian he didn't lose his rag. He's too clever to let this break him.

Bitching about some one you think is evicted. Is different to bitching about some one behind their back , if there still in the house.

I've always thought that one but no housemate ever seems to see there is a difference.

Why ?
Has he never stopped to think why non of them, bar Simon, like him ?

If he had been a decent person then they wouldn't have bitched about him.

He's a nasty piece of work.

He's just as awful as he has been since the start.

If he says "bum-licking" one more time...

Of course housemates would have talked about him after his eviction, it's human nature. I don't think anyone has said anything too shocking given the way he behaved while he was in the house, so I think he needs to wind his neck in a bit and put a muzzle on the pit bull because all she will do is bring him down to her level. Helen doesn't care about Marc at all she is in it for her own gain and will cause as much trouble in there as she can.

So... divisive as ever!

I think he's starting to believe his own hype.

For this week, massively so.

When the three "legends" sod off, he'll calm down.

I can only hope he has, but remember he doesn't care what others think of him and he doesn't want to win the show anyway .

Going by social media, he's got more people disliking him that he did a few days ago. Definitely not helping him, especially with it being vote to evict.

He should have come back in the house with good grace.

Instead he is holding grudges and forgets that he gave the housemates lots of reason to bitch about him.

Unworthy of winning

He will by this week. Once his buddies are gone I can't wait to see him been isolated he will turn back into the boring HM like he was in the days leading up to the fake eviction.

Yes I think he has blown it. It really didn't help being holed up with Nikki and Helen but .................there was also Brian there. Just seen a BOTS clip where Brian was saying he didn't like the tone that had been set - he wanted to keep it light and fun. Mark had a choice. He chose the dark side. It will be his undoing.

I'd love to see the thug evicted next week.

Those who have always disliked Marc will say he's blown it. Those who have always liked Marc will say he hasn't. The end.

I would have to agree with for the most part. The real teller will be what he's like once Helen et al are gone and Marc is once again one of the regular housemates.
