...... a reality game show franchise created by John de Mol and was originally based on a show from the Netherlands of the same name. The premise of the show is that there is a group of people, dubbed as "housemates" or "houseguests", living together in a specially constructed large house. During their time in the house they are isolated from the outside world and are not commonly aware of outside event or have access to any electronic devices.

The Diary Room (more commonly known as the DR) is where contestants can privately express their feelings about the game, strategy and the other contestants. The results range from violent or angry confrontations to genuine and tender connections (often including romantic interludes).

^^^^^^ This format should have been adhered to, it works!

BB UK has never been a lot about feelings about the game and strategy.

The nomination system in the UK is always revolved around someone actually does something lets all nominate them and evict them while the people who hide and say nothing stay till the end.

When you think about it it doesn't make good TV to chuck out people who are creating the sparks.

I would prefer it if BB just said to them nominate the two people who you think are least exciting to the viewer or coasting it to win the prize which is what they want in the first place.

Instead of all this meddling they go though to try and fix it to keep the characters, the nomination process was designed to be strategic, never how it was implemented in this country by Channel 4.
