Helen's truly awful but she is often annoyingly right about people.

Cristian is infinitely more likeable than Helen. As are Ryvitas, so maybe she has a point.

Helen is so nasty but she usually is "always in the right"... She just don't know how to get her points across without being horrid and aggressive.
