If you were Harry would have greeted the new arrivals?

They had just slagged her off something rotten, so no if that had been me, then I wouldn't have greeted them either.

At least Brian made an effort to speak to her though, neither of the jealous girls (Helen & Nikki did)

I'm sort of with you on that.

I would have preferred a 'normal' nomination and eviction though. This is rather cruel and unnecessary.

No, but I also wouldn't have made a fuss over them not flocking to my side like she did.

Does she think she's somehow better than them, that they should make all the effort?.
She's hard as nails and the "i'm vulnerable and having a mini breakdown" is fooling no one.”

I agree with this.

The best way to play it would have been to go over and made a joke of being nominated to show she really doesnt care. Except she couldn't, because she does.

I'm more interested in the fact that the rest of them did go rushing up despite what had just happened. Clearly they were uncomfortable too and not just about Harry or even about Harry at all, but fearing nomination themselves.

i might have hung back abit but i think i would have greeted then, "if they want to talk to me they can come to me" is that what she said?

i know it was an uncomfortable situation but they where new arrival..was kinda the responsibility for the old housemates to greet them... not to mention they are "bb royalty" one would think a bb housemate should have a little respect for that

her actions again where childish..turning her back in the diary room..i reeally don't think she emotional mature enough to be there

if jack is nominated this week..and bb think he will go..i wouldn't be surprised if they find an excuse to remove harry from the house so they can cancel the eviction

In a nutshell. Concise and to the point.

She was deeply upset and embarrassed - she withdrew and the longer it went on the more awkward it became.

It would be one thing to go and mingle with unknowns and try to joke along but - these are 'BB legends' she (like her HM's was overawed). It is too much to ask of a single person with no support to go out and brazen it out.

When (or just after) the stuff appeared on screen Danny was there for Jack - holding his hand - telling him not to worry.

Where was Nick (or any of them) in regard to giving a bit of support/comfort to Harry?

Where was Nick...Off hugging Helen five minutes after Helen had nominated Harry (saying she was playing Nick)

I don't like Harry...But i can't believe he was so thoughtless and uncaring toward a woman he claim to care for.

I wouldn't have been first to the door throwing my arms around them but of course I would go and say hello. OK, she was nominated but they know they are there to nom and be nommed that's the game. She was having a strop. By continuing all night with the "you haven't said hello yet" she was letting herself down.

Harry is not so sure of herself as she makes out. She thought that by ingratiating herself with the originals and being nasty to her fellow newbies she would be safe. Now she's not and rather than be positive and at least make the week moderately pleasant she has chosen to behave like a child having a tantrum and put a dampner on the whole house. She knew she was ruining the night for Danny and nick last night but she wanted it to be all about her.

The best thing about the latest arrivals as far as harry is concerned, at least she is wearing clothes. If they are making her feel that she can't walk around naked then that's good enough for me. I don't want to see her bits any more.

I got the impression the The Leg-ends apart from Brian were pointedly ignoring Harry when they first entered the house anyway. That plus the fact that she'd been nominated based on some incorrect crap that Helen came out with regarding Simon's washing would mean she obviously wouldn't approach them. Why should she after that? I'd feel exactly the same way.

I would not have waited in the middle of the room on my own, and as she said to Danny when he suggested she come over, she said they can come to me if they want to meet me, Harry you're not the Queen.....

If Helen had just nominated me like that id still be the first one over to meet her like whoa hiya Helen i cant beleive your here how long are you here for jeez why do you all hate me so much lol. But then i woudnt have reacted to Marc in the 100% hostile way that harry has - its kinda like shes made her bed unfortunately.

Yes. I wouldn't have let them think they'd intimidated me.

It's not only the fact that they had targetted her but also the fact that BB had enabled or even behind the situation, she must have felt very vulnerable.

I don't blame her for her reaction...we're all very different after all.

The trouble is its all kissy-kissy, huggy-huggy these days and very in your space and personal. Its hard to hug someone who's just nominated you or said nasty things about you.

But yes, I probably would have greeted them because that would be the right thing to do.

I wouldn't feel any different if it was Jade however I do remember a time when she was a wee bit on her own and she acted like she didn't care. I'm not remotely her biggest fan but my response on this thread is about what I like from HMs and not giving a damn is certainly a big part of that.

I want HMs and Harry in this instance to laugh in the face of the likes of Helen calling them whatever . . I'm not saying that is actually that easy but what really pees me off with Harry is that she actually does have people on her side but she would rather isolate herself and sulk.”

ROFL at the italic on attacked. What footage did they show of them attacking Jack? The only thing he pulled them up on was on thet ruling the house. He is also under the illusion he has a massive fan base and wasn't put up for nomination, perhaps those two thing factor into this on how he felt secure enough to walk up to them?
