The Albert (EastEnders)
We have been seeing a lot of scenes in The Albert and I really hope we continue to see more scenes in The Albert in future. Sharon and Kim are now running The Albert so I'm looking forward to their partnership

Partnership? I anticipate Sharon will spend most of her time cleaning up Kim's mess,
Kim spent all that money on decorations and got a few customers in at the end of the night. All Sharon did was print off the bingo sheets, kept the cost down and probably made a profit in the bargain. |

I'm still a bit confused about the place to be honest, I thought it was meant to be a hip, trendy bar yet we have the likes of Pam, Les and Paddy as customers. Lola and Dean were the only people in the place under the age of 30.

Funny thing is the bar up stairs looks better and bigger then the one down stairs, would of been better off, keeping the bar upstairs and doing some sort of lounge or eatery down stairs.

Neither night had any real atmosphere, for running bars all her life Sharon's event looked dead as a dodo and Singles Night Bingo is hardly the kind of theme night a place like that would have. I've always found it looks super small too. |

I also prefer upstairs apart from the crappy bar, it's about the same size as the one in Pat's front room. Neither floor is spacious but upstairs has better décor and a better vibe. I wish they would use the balcony more, it looked really good when Shirley owned Sharon on it.
I assume Patrick was there to support Kim and the Cokers tagged along. As for Buster being there, I presume The Albert was open for business as usual despite the singles bingo. |

Also what is the ownership scenario with R&R? And is this the end of it, never to be seen again.
